Greg is a Board Director of OmniEarth Inc. which uses advanced geo-analytics to quantify the changing world and provide business actionable information to industries globally. The future of the engineering and construction industry is pivoting around technology which will change the way we design, build, and operate infrastructure. Greg is a professional Engineer with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, a Masters in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Alabama, and an MBA from Rutgers University.

Vatsal Shah Senior Project Engineer Mott McDonald US headquarters in Iselin, NJ. The engineer s engineer, Vatsal, or Dr. V" as known by his students, wears many (hard) hats as a Professional Engineer and professor with over 12 years of experience in civil engineering. Vatsal s main area of expertise in civil engineering is geotechnics, or the study and analysis of soil and rock material to support foundations, deep excavations, and anything in or on the ground. Vatsal currently works at Mott MacDonald, a global engineering firm with over 16,000 staff, where he is responsible for managing and overseeing the geotechnical group based out of the firm s Throughout his professional career, Vatsal s expertise has centered on geotechnical evaluations, as well as soil and geological investigations. He has been responsible for providing geotechnical recommendations for foundations, structures, retaining walls, slope stability, and other infrastructure improvements. Prior to joining Mott MacDonald, Vatsal also spent over 4 years involved in construction and materials oversight, including the inspection of various soil and rock structures for public and private projects throughout the tri-state area. Over the past decade, Vatsal has been nationally recognized by the American Society of Civil Engineers in USA Today as the Face of Civil Engineering for 2013, as well as the Young Engineer of the Year by the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers in 2012. Recently, Vatsal was recognized nationally by Engineering News- Record (ENR) as one of the Top 20 under 40 for the New York Metropolitan Region. Vatsal understands a successful career involves giving back to community, the profession, and the next generations that follow. Outside of his work at Mott MacDonald, Vatsal is an Adjunct Professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ and New York University teaching undergraduate and graduate Foundation Design courses. Vatsal also commits much of his available free time in the future STEM community, with over 8 years of involvement in the national MATHCOUNTS Competition Program for 6th through 8th graders, as well as several DiscoverE activities. On the professional front, Vatsal is currently the President of the NJ State chapter of the National Society of Professional Engineer. His motto and advice for future students: You can t build a reputation on what you were going to do. go out there and make it happen!

Danielle Rosenblatt University Recruiter Stryker Corporation Danielle is a key leader at Stryker Corporation structuring the internship programs, setting direction in university engagement with industry and hiring prospective employees for Stryker Orthopaedics, a leading Medical Device company located in Mahwah NJ. Stryker Orthopaedics designs, manufactures, and distributes implants and instruments for Spine, Knee, Hip, Trauma and Extremities (Shoulder, Foot and Ankle, etc.) procedures as well as being the world leader in robotic assisted orthopaedic surgery. Stryker Corporation employs over 26,000 employees worldwide, with campuses spread throughout the world. As a University Recruiter, Danielle is responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring interns for the East Region. Internships include all functional departments, such as Research and Development, Operations, Regulatory, Finance and Marketing. Danielle also manages and enhances the university relationships with defined campuses throughout the East US Region, including NJIT. Danielle is a perfect example of the success of an internship program. Danielle began her Stryker career as a marketing intern for the Trauma and Extremities shoulder team during the launch of the ReUnion RSA Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty System. After her successful internship, Danielle joined the Sales Operations team as a representative and shortly thereafter, transitioned to Talent Acquisition as a Candidate Care Specialist. As a Candidate Care Specialist, Danielle was responsible for the full interview coordination for over 1000 candidates nationwide. In 2016, Danielle became a Recruiter for the East Talent Acquisition team where she managed full life-cycle recruitment. She then moved into the University Recruiter role in April of 2017 and had a successful intern class of 70 interns in the East region last year, with plans for 75 this upcoming summer.

Ahmed Elsayed Cyber Security Engineer PSE&G Ahmed Elsayed is Cyber Security Engineer in the office of the Chief Information Security Officer at Public Service Enterprise Group, the parent company of New Jersey s largest investor owned utility. He oversees all cyber security incidents including analysis, response, education and documentation. He joined PSEG in 2014, as a summer intern which then evolved to a full-time position in his career of choice. He has earned an Associate s degree in Network Engineering, a Bachelor s degree in Information Technology and a Master s degree in Cyber Security at NJIT. He has participated in multiple cyber security competitions where he was recently ranked 34th in the country. Demonstrating his love of learning and innovating, Ahmed has startup experience across multiple technology businesses. Ahmed is an experienced advisor/mentor having served on Boards of multiple nonprofit organizations advising and mentoring youth/young adults to inspire them to be the best version of themselves possible. His contributions have resulted in a positive impact to society.

Muhammad Elgammal Civil Engineer/Agreement Project Manager The Port Authority of NY & NJ Muhammad is a Civil Engineer and an Agreement Project Manager for the Port Authority of NY & NJ Civil Design Division. He provides engineering and site design services for our region s Aviation facilities. Most recently he was part of the lead team responsible for preparing design documents and performance criteria for The Redevelopment of EWR's Terminal 1, New Jersey's largest transportation infrastructure design-build contract valued at $1.41b, with the overall program award amount of $2.72b. Prior to that, Muhammad worked in Material Testing and Inspections at various facilities most notably the Reconstruction of the World Trade Center Complex, JFK International Airport, the George Washington Bridge, and many of the NY/NJ crossings. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of NJ and NY and holds a Project Management Professional certificate. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the John A. Reif, Jr. Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Outside his roles at work, Muhammad serves as the Chair for the Young Alumni Association, a Member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors, a Member of the Board of Trustees Campus Life Committee, and a Corresponding Member for the Committee on Younger Members for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). In 2016, Muhammad was honored as Young Civil Engineer of the Year for ASCE's Central Jersey Branch and was nationally recognized in 2017 as a New Face of Civil Engineering by ASCE-- for his outstanding contributions and personal achievements that represent the bold and humanitarian future of civil engineering. Muhammad attributes himself as an avid mentor and mentee. He credits much of his success to his willingness to expose himself to challenges and opportunities in all forms. Muhammad received his B.S. in Civil Engineering, with honors, and his M.S. in Critical Infrastructure from the Newark College of Engineering at NJIT.
