X-SCOPE Ultra large FOV micro video colorimeter ELDIM proposes the first video colorimeter with ultra large field of view and high spatial resolution. The high magnification and ultra large field of view are obtained using a new generation of microscope objective. With about 1cm2 FOV and a spatial resolution of 1.5µm, luminance and colour measurements on the entire surface of micro displays, calibration and quality control at the pixel scale becomes possible.
XScope applications Microdisplays inspection, Detailed pixel sub-structure studies, LEDs die inspection, Any photometry application down to the micrometer scale XScope benefits High magnification and ultra-large field of view Near normal incidence measurements Spatial resolution of 1.5µm Excellent colour & Luminance accuracy Ideal for colour calibration and quality control of µoled displays Green Powerline laser from Coherent A laser designed with a thermoelectric system and fan maintaining a constant laser diode temperature -- great for red hot metal or wood applications. Coherent's Lasiris Green PowerLine structured light laser offers a thermoelectric system and fan that maintains a constant laser diode temperature, resulting in better wavelength, power, and pointing stabilities. The Green PowerLine design makes focusing even easier with the
focus adjusting screw located directly on the body of the laser. High Visibility, High Contrast Green Beam A green beam can provide better contrast on red hot metal or wood. Another advantage is that a green beam is more visible to the human eye than red, thereby making the relative eye response to the green much higher. For the same power, a green beam (532 nm) will be better perceived by the human eye than a red beam (635 nm). Z3D Control - 3D Measuring and laser projection system Z3D-Control Control is a camera based 3D 3D-measurement measurement and laser projection system for industrial applications. It is used in various industries for production support, process optimization and quality assurance. state-of-the-art measuring easuring system, the As the Z-LASER state focus Control is to meet specific customer needs and the of Z3D-Control most Technologically demanding market requirements. An enormous benefit is generated in assembly processes
through the coupling of a 3D-acquisition, the laser-based guide profiling the manufacturing process and an automatic control of the assembly results (target-actual comparison). An extraordinary reduction of cost of production processes is achieved by precision (up to 1/10.000 of the measuring volume) and speed (recording time per section 10-60ms). Furthermore the easy installation, the intuitive operation, the powerful image processing software and the large volume scanning area are convincing features. Features Laser projector and stereo cameras for measuring and calibration Projection after measurement Accuracy up to 1/10,000 parts of the measuring range Measuring range freely adjustable Reading of less structured objects and non-cooperative surfaces No marker needed on the object Immediate tracking of location position (continuous in real time) Projector will be calibrated dynamically (managed by cameras) Robust against stray light and reflections Laser safety (class 2M) Projection with large optical depth of focus Software easy to handle and supports typical data formats Belt Aligner
Precise alignment of belt and chain drives Reduce the wear of belts, chains, pulleys and running wheels as well as bearings and seals Avoid dangerous vibrations Extend the service life of the entire drive system Provide for an easy start and a low noise, smooth operation Save energy (energy costs) In particular, avoid unplanned and costly downtime Circle Projector - Use with metal, wood or fabrics. Circular projection:- Adjustable diameter No need of templates Thread holes for easy mounting over working area Variable working distance IP65 rated
Thermopile sensor for fast and easy laser power measurements The Swiss based company greenteg recently launched their gskin Radiation Sensor portfolio. The highly sensitive and fast thermal sensors measure the average power of lasers up to 50W in the spectral range of 0.19-15µm. They are hence ideal for the measurement of tunable lasers and IR lasers. Furthermore, they are especially suited for determining the average power of short-pulse systems where photodiodes are limited. The thermopile technology in the sensor directly detects the average power and unlike photodiodes, does not require integrating pulse energies. The compact design of the 0.6 mm thin sensor modules (4x4mm 2 23x23mm 2 ) ensures the straightforward integration into both new and existing systems. The low thermal capacitance of the gskin sensor allows measurements faster than any other thermopile technology. Resulting rise times (to 95%) are as low as 100ms 800ms. The gskin Radiation Sensors are based on thermopile technology. When a laser beam hits the sensor surface, the laser power is converted into heat. The sensor then transforms the heat into an analog voltage signal, which can easily be read out with a voltmeter or a data-logger. To ensure the most accurate results and greatest cost effectiveness, greenteg provides matching amplifier circuits and read-out electronics. greenteg and its partners offer competent consulting to find appropriate components and to design your system s integration.
