01 Column / Bed All-in-One structure XF600/5A is designed with unified column-bed structure. When compared to separate structure, it has better structural stability. It demonstrates excellent performance in high quality machining with high rigidity and excellent vibration absorption. (Monoblock Structure, Material: EN-GJL 300) 02 4-way structure on X axis 03 Feed axis X axis of XF600/5A has box-type saddle design in 4-way structure in a cross beam to realize improved strength and minimized thermal displacement. Weight center Z-axis symmetric structure Vibration and thermal displacement during feeding can be minimized due to Z-axis symmetric structure where feed axis is consistent with weight center of spindle on Z axis. Box-in-Box Structure (X/Z Axis) Thermal deformation is minimized with thermal equilibrium structure. It applies box-in-box design in the saddle on the X-axis for pusher (head body), surrounding the spindle's cartridge. Nut Cooling Ball Screw As XF600/5A adopts ball screws in nut cooling for every axis, it can reduce thermal displacement on the feed axis due to repeated motion, resulting in excellent performance in product machine in high precision.
High-Precision Spindle Long Lasting High Accuracy & Excellent Performance Vertical Machining Center 04 Built-In Spindle As the spindle is designed in a built-in motor structure, it can reduce vibration and heat during high speed operation while realizing rapid speed change to show excellent performance on machining in high precision. In addition, as the spindle oil cooling device is adopted as our standard, stable machining capability is secured due to the constant spindle temperature during long-time machining. Spindle Cooling Spindle temperature is controlled by the use of a spindle oil chiller. This ensures constant oil temperature and minimizes thermal deformation. HSK Tool Holder As HSK tool holder is adopted with less expansion on spindle taper during high speed rotation, position precision can be realized in high precision during high speed rotation. Compared to the previous gear drive method, it has improved both accuracy and speed. (Option : Gear Type) Table size : Ø630 (Ø24.8 ) Maximum Load Capacity : 600 kg (1,323 lb) Magazine & ATC Tool change time (chip-to-chip) of 4.5 seconds is best in its class.
