How to correctly install Barrel Nuts Press a Barrel Nut into the hole in the part making sure that the "+" pattern is facing out. Properly aligned Barrel Nut. "+" pattern The Barrel Nut may look like this - which is not straight with the hole at the edge for the Hex Screw. Using a standard screwdriver, turn the Nut until the "+" is straight so that the threaded hole is facing outward to accept the Hex Screw. Hole for Hex Screw Page 2 of 15

STEP 1 1 2 grooves Assemble the sides of the drawer, part #2 to the back, #1 using 4 long hex screws and 4 barrel nuts. STEP 3 5 Attach end supports #6 to both end panels #5 as shown using 4 short hex screws and 4 cap nuts. Hex Screw goes on the outside 6 6 Cap Nuts are on the inside 5 4 Cap Nuts 4 Short Hex Screws Page 6 of 15
STEP 4 9 8 Attach supports #9 to the rear panel #8 and the front panel #7 as shown using 4 short hex screws and 4 cap nuts. STEP 5 Attach part #10 to the inside of the front panel as shown using 2 short wood screws. Do not over-tighten the screws! 10 2 Short Wood Screws Page 8 of 15

STEP 8 11 Attach the table supports #11 into the slots as shown and secure with 4 long wood screws. 4 Long Wood Screws Page 11 of 15
STEP 9 Start with the drawer inside the 2 top supports and then fit it into the front opening by carefully guiding the drawer pull over the stabilizer strip. stabilizer strip Move the drawer to almost completely open, being careful as it will tend to tip forward a bit. In the next step you may need to move the drawer back and forth to fit the dowel in place. Page 12 of 15
STEP 10 12 Insert the wood dowel #12 through the hole in the back of the drawer as shown and let it rest in the front hole in the support. Dowel slides through rear of drawer and into the hole in the front support Page 13 of 15
STEP 11 13 Fit part #13 to the end of the dowel by lifting the dowel and drawer and then fit it into the slots as shown. Attach using 2 long wood screws. Make sure that the drawer is free to slide in and out. 2 Long Wood Screws Page 14 of 15
