Mr. Andreas (Andy) Wilfong, Founder and President, has led Infinity Systems Engineering since 1996 to 21 straight years of company growth supporting space and ground systems in the Department of Defense sector. Andy s leadership has earned Infinity the award of best Small Business in the state of Colorado in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012. In 2013 Infinity was recognized as the Colorado Springs Growth Company of the Year and also received the Colorado Companies to Watch award in 2015. Infinity Systems Engineering has been recognized in Entrepreneur Magazine as the 25th best small business to work for in the nation and has maintained an impressive 93% employee retention rate. In 2017, Infinity Systems Engineering was ranked 4427 on the Inc. 5000 list for their 10 th consecutive year in the annual ranking. Prior to Infinity, Andy worked as a Systems Engineer on the Global Positioning System satellite program for the US Air Force starting in 1989. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Andy is also the founder and Board Chairman of Empowering Education, a non-profit organization that offers Social and Emotional Learning support to schools and students.

Mr. Alan Patterson, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for daily business operations, cost and accounting functions, oversight of HR, IT and all corporate functions. In 2013, Alan was selected to become the Program Manager for Infinity s largest Prime contract - SLISS. Prior to his VPO role, Alan served as a full-time manager and Systems Engineer on the GPS satellite program, and was responsible for testing the software used to sustain the GPS ground system. Alan has 28 years of hands-on information technology and management experience with commercial and government clients, including project management, system architecture, and all phases of the software development lifecycle. Prior to joining Infinity Alan served 7 years in the United States Air Force and then worked as a Systems Engineer at MCI and AT&T. Alan received his Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado Christian University and his Master of Information Systems Management degree from the University of Phoenix.

Mr. Bradley (Brad) Michelson, Vice President of Business Development, is responsible for ensuring Infinity remains competitive in existing markets and continues to expand our core capabilities by identifying, assessing, and developing new business. In this role, he works on identifying opportunities and oversees bid/capture strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal stages for both prime and subcontracting efforts. He previously served as Vice President of Programs and was responsible for overall program execution, contract administration/oversight, and supply chain management. Prior to his roles as Vice President, Brad served as the Program Manager for Infinity s team on the GPS IIF program, which included complete replacement of the Command & Control (C2) system for GPS launch and on-orbit operations. Prior to joining Infinity in 2001, Brad spent eight years as a Systems Engineer in the Defense/Space industry and two years as a Project Manager providing risk assessment software and services to various insurance companies. Brad received two degrees from the University of Colorado (Masters of Engineering and MBA), along with a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwest Nazarene University. Brad is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified at Level 1 for both Program Management and Systems Engineering.

Mr. Jay Kvale, Vice President of Programs, has been employed with Infinity since October 1997, and is responsible for overall program execution and contract administration/oversight. During Jay s tenure with Infinity, he has successfully managed twelve contracts supporting the Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT), Space Situational Awareness (SSA), and Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) space domains. Jay possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management Project Management and Project Management Certificate. Along with Jay s 19+ years of experience at Infinity, he has served a combined 24 years in the United States Air Force, Colorado Air National Guard, and United States Air Force Reserve. During Jay s 24 years in the military, his professions include Space Systems Analyst, Satellite Systems Operator, and Space Systems Maintenance Specialist. Since 2008, Jay has served in leadership positions for multiple Air Force Reserve organizations within the 310th Space Wing.

Mr. Jeffrey (Jeff) Tuxworth, Vice President of Finance, is responsible for overseeing all company accounting practices, including preparing budgets, financial reports, and tax and audit functions. Jeff also confers with the president and the vice-presidents in planning and forecasting and directing the financial strategy of the company. Jeff graduated from Colorado State University in 1991 with a B.S. in Accounting. After two years of one-on-one training with a former IRS agent, Jeff founded Tuxworth & Associates Inc in 1993. Tuxworth & Associates is a Colorado Springs based accounting and tax preparation firm that specializes in providing personalized hand on service to both small businesses and individuals. Jeff is enrolled to practice before the IRS and is licensed to practice in every state of the union.

Ms. Kathy Dolan, CPP, ISP, Vice President of Industrial Security, has been employed with Infinity since March of 2005, and is responsible for all aspects of the industrial security program for the facility. This includes the management and administration of the terms of multiple contracts, both Prime Contracts and Subcontracts, and their provisions specifically related to the obligations to protect, control and account for classified material in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program. Her position responsibilities encompass all security disciplines such as Personnel Clearance, Visitor Control, Classified Material management and Program Security management. Additionally, Ms. Dolan is the Export Control Manager and International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) Empowered Official, managing ITAR issues in relation to the export of defense-related articles and services for the facility. Ms. Dolan has 25+ years of experience in the field of Industrial Security and her expertise spans every level of Industrial Security, ranging from hands-on as a Facility Security Officer to management as a Security Manager and Vice President of Industrial Security. Ms. Dolan is a four-time recipient of the Defense Security Service Department of Defense James S. Cogswell Award for Industrial Security Excellence, presented to her in 1996, 1999, and more recently in 2008 and 2016 when it was awarded to Infinity Systems Engineering. Ms. Dolan served on the Board of Directors for NCMS, the Society of Industrial Security Professionals, performing those duties in 1997 through 2003, and again from 2005 to 2011 and was awarded the national level 2016 Dr. James N. Hickok Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Award and the NCMS Society Award for her dedication in 2012. She has chaired many key NCMS Committees whenever called upon by the NCMS Board of Directors. Ms. Dolan was designated a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), from the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), in November of 1998. In June, 2004, she earned the Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification from NCMS, the Society of Industrial Security Professionals.
