Vantiv, now Worldpay Investor Relations Connecting to financial markets Conversing with investors and shareholders Executive Officers Charles Drucker Executive Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer Charles was named Co-Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Worldpay in January 2018. He joined the company in 2004 as President of Vantiv where he was named CEO in 2009. Previously, Charles served as executive vice president and COO of STAR Debit Services, a division of First Data Corporation. He also served as a director for MasterCard and as senior vice president and general manager of Commercial Services at Wells Fargo. Philip Jansen Co-Chief Executive Officer Philip was appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer in January 2018, and is also currently Senior Advisor to Bain Capital. Previously, he was CEO of Worldpay Group PLC from April 2013, having been CEO of Brakes Group and nonexecutive director of Travis Perkins PLC. He has also held a variety of senior roles in Sodexo Holdings Limited, latterly as group COO and CEO, Europe, South Africa and India. Earlier in his career, Philip was COO of MyTravel PLC and managing director of Telewest Communications PLC. He started his career with Procter & Gamble. Philip has significant international and CEO experience, and has also developed key strengths in business transformation, change management and strategy development.
Stephanie Ferris Chief Financial Officer Stephanie was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Worldpay in January 2018. Previously, she served as CFO of Vantiv. Prior to her appointment as Vantiv s CFO, Stephanie served as the company s Deputy CFO from September 2015 to April 2016. She also served as General Manager, Merchant Bank and Head of Relationship Management, Financial Institution Services from May 2013 to September 2015 at Vantiv and as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis from January 2010 to May 2013. From 1995 to 2001, Stephanie worked in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mark Heimbouch Chief Operating Officer As Chief Operating Officer, Mark leads the centralized technology infrastructure, technology development, security and operations teams on a global basis. Mark was appointed as Senior EVP and COO in January 2018. Prior to that, he held the same positions at Vantiv helping lead the company s separation from Fifth Third Bank and building its finance, accounting, audit and compliance departments. Prior to that, Mark served as Vantiv s CFO from 2009 - April 2016. Before working at Vantiv, he served as CFO with building and infrastructure company, Trow Global Holdings. Mark also held senior positions at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Cendant, First Data Corporation, Western Union and Deloitte. Royal Cole Executive Vice President, Head of the North American Region Royal was appointed Executive Vice President, Head of the North American Region at Worldpay in January 2018. Prior to that, he was responsible for two of the largest business units in Vantiv, including Merchant Services and Financial Institution Services. He joined the company in March 2010 from Western Union where he was Executive Vice President and General Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and was responsible for strategic development of the Global Payment Services Group. While at Western Union, Royal also led the North American Distribution Network organization.
Shane Happach Executive Vice President, Head of Global Enterprise ecommerce Shane was appointed to his current role at Worldpay in January 2018 where he is responsible for the Global Enterprise ecommerce business and oversees Paymetric, the company s B2B payments business. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Worldpay s ecommerce division from 2016 after having joined the company in 2010. Shane has over 15 years experience in financial services and has significant experience in treasury, M&A and foreign exchange. He has held various management roles across international markets and developed key strengths in strategy, financial planning, and new market entry. Shane is a board member of Pazien, a data and analytics company. Steve Newton Executive Vice President, Head of the U.K. & European Region Since January 2018, Steve has served as Executive Vice President, Head of the U.K. & European region at Worldpay. In this role, Steve leads the company s U.K. and European business and focuses on further growth and expansion into Europe. Steve has been with Worldpay since 2008 having served as interim COO before his current appointment. Prior to that, he spent several years in Worldpay s Global ecommerce division responsible for the global Relationship Management teams across the U.S., Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Worldpay, Steve worked at General Electric in commercial leadership and general management roles in their insurance and consumer finance divisions. Matt Taylor Executive Vice President, Global Integrated Payments and SMB ecommerce In January 2018, Matt was named Executive Vice President, Global Integrated Payments and SMB ecommerce at Worldpay. Previously, Matt served as Group President, Integrated Payments and Emerging Channels at Vantiv after the company acquired Mercury Payment Systems. At Vantiv, he had direct responsibility for the company s Integrated Payments business as well as Payment Facilitators (PayFacs) and the fast-growing Gaming and Entertainment line. At Mercury Payment Systems, Matt served in various positions from October 2003 until he became CEO in May 2009. He is a member of the Colorado Innovation Network (COIN) board of directors.
Ned Greene Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary Ned has served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary since January 2018. Previously, Ned joined Vantiv in June 2010 as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, later being named Chief Legal and Corporate Services Officers, where he held global responsibility for the company s legal affairs as well as regulatory compliance and government affairs, enterprise risk management, merchant risk and underwriting, strategic sourcing and facilities, and internal audit. Prior to joining Vantiv, Ned was a member of the NCR Corporation Legal Team from 1992 to 2010 where he held a series of roles with increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as Deputy General Counsel. Ned is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law and Miami University. Ron Kalifa, OBE Executive Director Ron was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Worldpay Group PLC for over 10 years. Prior to this, Ron held various executive roles within RBS and NatWest. Ron is regarded as an expert in the card and payments industry and was recognized as Industry Personality of the Year at the 2011 Card & Payments Awards for his commitment and contribution to the field. While Ron has significant experience as a CEO within the payments industry, he has also developed key strengths in mergers and acquisitions and strategy development. Ron also sits on the boards of Transport for London, QIWI PLC and Visa Europe. Ron was awarded an OBE in the Queen s New Year 2018 Honours List for services to financial services and technology. Mark Kimber Chief Product Officer Mark was named Chief Product Officer of Worldpay in January 2018 where he was previously Chief Information Officer. Mark joined Worldpay from JPMorgan Chase where he was CIO for Europe, and also held senior roles at Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers. Mark has extensive experience in building and leading global technology functions where technology platform reliability is business critical. In his previous role at JPMorgan Chase, he worked with industry regulators to make sure the systems across the bank were compliant with the changing regulatory landscape. Before starting his career at Lloyds Bank on their graduate program, Mark studied English Literature at The University of Oxford.
Kim Martin Chief Human Resources Officer Kim has served as Chief Human Resources Officer since January 2018. Prior to that, she was the CHRO of Vantiv when she joined the company in January 2015 where she was responsible for all employee resources including talent development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Prior to joining Vantiv, Kim was Vice President, Americas Human Resources and Corporate Functions, at Zimmer Holdings, Inc.; Executive Human Resources Leader, Monitoring Solutions & Diagnostic Cardiology, at General Electric Healthcare, a subsidiary of General Electric Company; as well as having positions of increasing responsibility in Human Resources at the General Electric Company from 1999-2010. Kevin McCarten Chief Strategy Officer Kevin was appointed Chief Strategy Officer of Worldpay in January 2018. In this role, Kevin leads the company s strategy development, oversees the centralized marketing function, and manages the company s strategic relationships with the card brands. Kevin joined Worldpay in September 2016 from Oliver Wyman where he was responsible for the Global Business and Consumer Services practice. In addition to 16 years in consulting, Kevin has spent 15 years in consumer products industries at Ford Motor Co. and Proctor & Gamble, and seven years at board-level retail including five years as main board member at J Sainsbury PLC. Kevin holds degrees from Cambridge University and IMD in Lausanne.
