This Loveseat has multiple parts and may require up to 30 minutes to assemble. To give you an overview of the Loveseat parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly. Step 1 X2 X5 X7 X5 X10 X5 Unpack and place all the Parts and Hardware on a clean, non-marring surface. Step 2 D 5 3 7 Page 5 OF 11
Put the Left Armrest() onto a clean, non-marring surface. Align the mounting positions of the Left Armrest() with Back Rail(D) and attach them using Bolts(3) and Washers(5) with Screwdriver(7). Do not fully tighten the Bolts. Step 3 D longer side Align the mounting positions of Seat Frame() to Left Armrest(), and attach using Bolts(1), Spring Washers(4) and Washers(5) with Allen Key(6). Note: The longer side of Seat Frame() should face the Back Rail(D), otherwise it cannot be assembled. Friendly notice: If the mounting positions cannot be aligned well which hinders installation, then with help from an adult assistant, sway the Seat Frame() lightly when locking the Bolts, this action could help prevent the Bolts from getting stuck and ensure smooth assembly. Do not fully tighten the Bolts. Page 6 OF 11
Step 4 4.1 7 D 3 5 4.2 6 F Place the Right Armrest(F) on a clean, non-marring surface. 4.1) Attach the Back Rail(D) to Right Armrest(F) using Bolts(3) and Washers(5) with Screwdriver(7). 4.2) Align the mounting positions of the Seat Frame() to Right Armrest(F), attach using Bolts(1), Spring Washers(4) and Washers(5) with Allen Key(6). Friendly notice: If the mounting positions cannot be aligned well which hinders installation, then with help from an adult assistant, sway the Seat Frame() lightly when locking the Bolts, this action could help prevent the Bolts from getting stuck and ensure smooth assembly. 5.1) Place the Chair Back with Seat(A) on a small table, with the backrest facing down, as seen in the picture. 5.2) Then with the help from an adult assistant, place the assembled wooden frame onto the Chair Back with Seat(A), as seen in the above picture. Align the mounting positions of Seat Frame() to the mounting positions of Chair Back with Seat(A), and attach using Screws(2) with Screwdriver(7). Friendly notice: If the mounting positions cannot be aligned well which hinders the installation, then with help from an adult assistant, sway the Seat Frame() lightly when locking the Screws, this action could help avoid the Screws getting stuck and ensure assemble smoothly. Do not fully tighten the Screws. Step 6 A D F 2 7 Page 9 OF 11
Place the assemled Loveseat, with the backrest facing up, and install the Screws(1) in the back using Screwdriver(2) in a sequential manner. Note: Do not overtighten the screws. Overtightening could lead to damage to the product. Tighten only until stable and secure. Step 7 A F Stand the Loveseat right side up, and place the Loveseat on a LVL SURFAC. Inspect it and make sure all parts are adequately connected. ently and gracefully, sit into the Loveseat. This would help to align all the parts at all the joint areas. Then get off the Loveseat, and place it facedown. Proceed to tighten all Bolts in a sequential manner. If there are still wobbles, loosen the Bolts and execute this same process. Step 8 A C F B Stand the Loveseat up. Put the Cushion(C) and Pillows(D) on the Chair Back with Seat(A). Your Loveseat is ready for use. This Loveseat can only be used on a flat, level surface.
