Assembly Instructions 1. Unpack the unit and confirm you have all the hardware and parts required. 2. Attach the HB/FB Support Cleat (Part R) to each bottom of the Headboard and Footboard (part A & B) with three 1 1/2 Bolts (part S) through the pre-drilled holes in the cleat into the threaded inserts attach to the Headboard/Footboard. See detail #1. 3. Pick up the Front Side Rail (part CC) and insert the metal hook into the slot of the post of the Headboard (part A). You need to insert the metal hook starting from the top and then push in and down until it locks in place. As shown in detail #2. NOTE: MAKE SURE THAT THE SOLID TRIM ATTACHED TO THE SIDE RAILS IS POINTING TOWARD THE INSIDE OF THE BED. 4. Repeat last step to attach the Back Side Rail (part C). 5. Follow steps 3 & 4 to attach the Footboard (part B). As shown in detail #2. Page # 4
6. Screw the Headboard Finials (part F) onto the Headboard Post (part E) then attach them to the Headboard (part A) by bolting into the threaded insert, as shown in detail #3. Assembly Instructions 7. Layout the Mattress Supports Slats (part D) into the slots in the Front and Back Side Rails (part C & CC), Make sure that every slot has a slat. As shown in detail #4. 8. Screw in each end of the slats using the 1 Screw (part N) through the pre-drilled holes in the slat, as shown in detail #4. Page # 5
Assembly Instructions 9. Align one Front/Back Bottom Panel (part J) with the Middle Bottom Panel (part K) and then at the other side the other Front/Back Bottom Panel (part J). Make sure that the Middle Bottom Panel (part K) is placed in a proper position as shown in detail # 5. 10. Before placing the Support Stretchers (part L) on top of the Bottom Panels, make sure that the 3 sections are snug and even, then proceed to screw with six 1 Screws (part N). See detail # 5. 11. Repeat with the other Support at the other side. Note: Do not tighten all bolts until all parts are assembled, this will make it easier to align the brackets with the insert nuts. 12. Install the Drawer Back Panel (part GG) by inserting the bottom of the Trundle into the groove of the Back Panel. Secure by screwing four 1/2 Bolts (part M) through the metal bracket and into the metal insert nut. Note: Do not tighten. See detail # 5A. 13. Pick up one Side Panel (part H) and insert two Wood Dowels (part T) at each end of the Side Panel. Proceed to secure the Side Panel (part H) to the Back Panel (part GG) with one 1/2" Bolt (part M). Use the Allen Wrench (part Q) to secure. Make sure that the two wooden dowels on the ends of the Side Panel are fully inserted into the holes of the Back Panel (part GG) See Detail # 5A. 14. Repeat step #14 to secure the other Drawer Side Panel (part H) at the other side. See detail #5A. 15. Install the Drawer Front Panel (part G) by inserting the base into the groove on the back of the Front Panel; make sure that the two wooden dowels on the ends of the Side Panels are fully inserted into the holes of the Drawer Front Panel (part G). See detail # 5. 16. Attach the Drawer Front Panel (part G) by screwing with the 1/2" Bolts (part M) through the bracket into the insert nut. Now fully tighten all bolts. See detail #5. 17. With the help of two people lift the Drawer and turn it over. 18. Install the last four 1/2" Bolts (part M) in the upper corners of the Side Panels through the metal brackets and into the metal insert nut, in both Front and Back Panels. See detail # 6. Page # 6
Assembly Instructions 19. Attach the Drawer Divider Panel (part I) to the middle of the Drawer Front and Back Panel (part G & GG) with four 1/2 Bolts through the pre-attached L bracket into the threaded inserts, as shown in detail #6. 20. Now attach the Knob (part O) the Drawer Front and Back Panel (part G & GG) with the Knob Bolt (part P) as shown in detail #6A. 21. Push the assembled Drawer Box in place as shown in detail #7.
