Measure your template before you sew! PDF pattern is full size and should measure 12 x 12. If it does not, check your printer settings ( fit to page turned OFF!) and print again. Prepare Templates: 1. Copy or trace template block onto paper side of plastic coated freezer paper using mechanical pencil or extra fine marker. Being sure to transfer all markings, carefully cut apart freezer paper template shapes on solid lines. 2. Pin or use a dab of glue stick to position template on wrong side of fabric. Leave at least ½ between template shapes for seam allowances. Use your rotary cutter and ruler or scissors to cut around each shape adding a ¼ seam allowance as you do. Do not remove the freezer paper. Press to backside the top curved edge of fabric on templates #2, #3, #4, #5 and #6. Carefully clip seam allowances at ½ intervals along upper curved edge of template shape. Turn seam allowance to wrong side of shape over the edge of template. Press. Baste or use a dab of glue stick to secure.
