ICD is 45% owned by IDB, a multilateral development bank which is consistently rated AAA from international rating institutions: Fitch, S&P and Moody s with assets of over USD 20 billion. Management Team Ahmed Muzni Mohamed Chief Executive Officer Investment Banking Group Syamsul Azuan Fauzi Head of Corporate Finance Ahmed joined Anfaal Capital in 2012 as the COO and was promoted to become the CEO from 2014 He has more than 24 years of hands-on management experience in the capital markets spanning across Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Japan in the areas of asset management, private equity, corporate finance and investment analyst. Ahmed Muzni had held the Fund Manager Representative and Investment Advisor Representative licenses from Securities Commission of Malaysia Apart from investment management, his expertise lies in incepting, structuring and arranging Islamic equity investment vehicles, such as Unit Trusts, REITs, Private Funds and Islamic debt instruments Prior to joining Anfaal Capital, he worked with Siraj Capital in Dubai as Executive Vice President, Islamic Capital Markets. Before that, he was with Pelaburan Johor Berhad, a state-owned fund management company in Malaysia, as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, and as Chief Analyst and Strategist with PJB Securities Berhad in Malaysia prior to that. Jamal Head of Business Support Group Mohammad is the Head of Business Support Group with a sound technical engineering background in real estate Mohamad is a Certified Professional Engineer registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia and Institute of Engineers Malaysia, both since 1995; and also a member of Project Management Institute USA, since 2006 His vast combined 25 years of experience in Design, Construction, Planning and Project Management was gained through his work with renowned project management companies; namely KLCC Projeks (Malaysia), Hill International (Qatar) and various design consultancy firms in Malaysia.
