Reproduction tooling: We grind our own tooling in-house and can make new knives to reproduce a molding from your sample or drawing. Stock Moldings: We stock over 70 moldings pre-milled in Poplar, Red Oak, Cherry, Maple, or Primed ready for pick up in our warehouse. Huge Lumber Inventory: We maintain a large rough lumber inventory of hardwoods & softwoods in sizes from 4/4 to 12/4 for quick turn around. Finishing Options: We have the facilities to provide moldings in any number of finish options, including primed & buffed for moldings which will be painted. Curved Moldings & Flexible Trim: We can shape curved wood moldings to match any profiles for round top and elliptical openings or curved wall applications. We also supply flexible trim to match our profiles at competitive pricing. Carved & Embossed Moldings: We can competitively price and supply your specialty molding needs. Prices are based on volume, specie, & dimensions. Random length orders are the most economical way to purchase. Specified lengths can be accommodated but usually carry an up-charge of 10-25% depending on specie. SHORT LEAD TIMES Custom molding lead times will vary and usually run 5-10 working days with slightly longer lead times for custom tooling and special purchase lumber specie. We pride ourselves on quick turn around times to meet our customer s needs. DELIVERY Orders are delivered on our trucks throughout the Northeast. We can ship orders via UPS or common carrier throughout the continental US. LUMBER GRADES We typically stock and manufacture our moldings from the highest grade of Hardwoods and Softwoods available.
