He joined Norman Blake s Rising Fawn String Ensemble, in the 80s he recorded Lookout Blues and The First of May with Rounder Records. He has played at the Smithsonian Institute s Bicentennial Celebration on The Mall in Washington, D.C., the Grand Ole Opry, and for a U.S. President. Tim May Voted (Nashville Scene s) Best Instrumentalist in 2012 and in the Top 3 in 2013. He played on Charlie Daniel s 2005 release of I ll Fly Away which was nominated for Country Instrumental Grammy that year. Co author of Flatpickers guide to Old-Time Music. Dave Firestine, jam leader of Carp Camp, an institution at Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, KS (the center of the universe for fiddle tune jamming.) His eclectic style blends old time, Irish and tunes with a unique twist, or sets with interesting changes of tempo or keys to perk up the listener s ears. He plays mandolin, banjo, bouzouki, bodhran & guitar with bands STEAM!, the Privy Tippers and Puca. Workshops include CO Roots Camp, Tucson Folk Festival, Sharlot Hall Music Festival, Dewey Dulcimer Festival and the CTMS Summer Solstice Music Dance and Storytelling Festival. Rafe & Clelia Stefanini Rafe has been at the forefront of the revival of southern trad music for over 30 years. His work on fiddle, banjo, guitar & song on over 20 CDs. He has been a member of bands as the Wildcats, Big Hoedown and The Rockinghams. Clelia has followed in his footsteps, quickly becoming competent on fiddle, guitar and vocals. They present a varied and exciting program of fiddle duets, banjo tunes, songs and ballads. Clelia just placed 2nd in the 2015 Nashville Grand Masters Fiddle Competition. Alan O Bryant is an iconic music legend and founder of the Nashville Bluegrass band, an international touring act with numerous awardwinning recordings.
