How to transfer your ISA 3 GETTING STARTED Things you will need Your login details Details of the account(s) you wish to transfer into us Important information If you already have an account with Fidelity, please log in before you begin this process. By doing so we will be able to fill in many of your details before you start. Don t have account with us yet? You can open an account with us here.
How to transfer your ISA 4 GETTING STARTED Go to the Fidelity homepage Select Log in at the top right corner of the page Log in with your username and password If you have previously created your own username then please use that. If you don t have online access, you can register on the link at the bottom of the website page.
How to transfer your ISA 5 GETTING TO THE TRANSFER PAGE At the top right of the page, select My accounts > Manage investments > Transfer an account to Fidelity Select Transfer my ISA Select if it s a new or existing account You ll be able to select whether the transfer will go into a new or existing account. If you already hold an ISA account with us, you ll need to choose Transfer with an existing account. If you already hold an ISA with us, go to page 6 to see the next steps of transferring your ISA.
How to transfer your ISA 6 IF YOU SELECTED WITH A NEW ACCOUNT 1 OF 2 Enter your personal details in addition to your home address, contact and employment status Create your username and password Choose how you want Fidelity to contact yout You will need to enter something for every field except those marked as optional. Some questions will open up further questions, and you will need to answer those too. For example if you are not a UK national, or you hold a dual nationality, you will need to tell us what your nationality or dual nationalities are. Follow the instructions on screen and choose a memorable username and password. Keep these safe as you will need these to log in to your account. Tick the boxes if you would like to opt in to email updates and newsletters and if it is ok for us to update you by phone and/or post.
How to transfer your ISA 7 IF YOU SELECTED WITH A NEW ACCOUNT 2 OF 2 Confirm that you agree to our terms and conditions Click Next Review your details before selecting Confirm Important information Please read all of the terms and policies listed. Once you are happy with everything, select the box provided to show that you have read and accept these. You will now see all your details on the next page. Please review these details carefully. If everything looks correct, select Confirm at the bottom of the page. Or If you see anything incorrect, select any of the Edit links on the page and you will be taken back to the previous page.
How to transfer your ISA 8 IF YOU SELECTED WITH AN EXISTING ACCOUNT Enter your investment details Check your details Agree and confirm to our terms Please make sure that your details are correct as you will not be able to change them after you place your order. If you see anything incorrect, select Edit and you will be taken back to the previous page. Important information Please read all of the terms and policies listed. Once you are happy with everything, select the box provided to show that you have read and accept these.
How to transfer your ISA 9 NEXT STEPS Save, print and put the form in the post Important information Please make sure to send us your form so we can complete the account opening process. Once we receive your form, we ll contact your current provider to arrange the transfer which can take up to six weeks to complete. Once the transfer is complete, we ll send you confirmation. Once you have confirmed to our terms and doing business, the next page will give you the option to save and print a form which you must then send to us.
