Majed Najm Chief Executive Officer and Board Member Majed Najm was appointed Chief Executive of HSBC Saudi Arabia (HSBC SA) Limited on 1 January 2015, having joined the HSBC SA Board in February 2014. In his current role he is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and senior management to establish long-term goals, strategies and plans for the Company. He contributes to the strategic and financial objectives of HSBC SA whilst adhering to CMA Standards and adopting international standards as appropriate. Majed has more than two decades experience having joined The Saudi British Bank (SABB) in 1992 and held a succession of senior management positions both with The Saudi British Bank (SABB) and on secondment with the HSBC Group. His role immediately prior to his current one was as General Manager Retail Banking and Wealth Management at SABB. Prior to this he was seconded between March 2007 and August 2010 to the HSBC Group, initially as Chief Executive Officer, Bahrain and then as Head of International where he managed several countries in the MENA region. He holds a Bachelor s degree in Marketing and Management from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran. 3

Michael Okwusogu Chief Operating Officer Michael joined HSBC Saudi Arabia from the HSBC Group in November 2014 as Head of Operations. In that role he was responsible for leading, directing and controlling the strategy and execution of operational services across the full range of the Bank s investments products and services (including Brokerage management, discretionary portfolio management and account management). As of June 2016, he assumed the role of Chief Operation Officer. In this role, he plans, directs and controls support functions Operations, IT, Corporate Real Estate & Support Services, and Purchasing. Michael joined the Global Banking and Markets division of HSBC Group in London in August 2008 where he was the Operations Global Collateral Manager for the Prime Finance Business managing teams in London, New York, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur. Across a 17 year investment banking career, his roles have covered a variety of Front Office, Middle Office and Operational functions in different product classes at institutions such as Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and Royal Bank of Canada, Capital Markets before joining HSBC Group. Michael holds a BA(Hons) degree in Politics and Government with Law from London Guildhall University and an MBA from Cass Business School. 4

Abdulmajeed AlHagbani Managing Director, Head of Asset Management Abdulmajeed was appointed as the Head of Asset Management (Acting) on June 2017 and is currently appointed as Managing Director, Head of Asset Management since October 2017. Abdulmajeed has been with HSBC SA since 2008, starting as Manager Equity Research and subsequently taking over as Head of Buyside Research. He took over the role of Chief Investment Officer in 2016 managing both Investment Management and Buyside Research teams, Abdulmajeed was a member and Chairman of several investment committees Prior to joining HSBC SA, he worked in the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF)'s Credit department and held different positions while working in the Fund. Abdulmajeed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the prestigious King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). 5

Khalid Al Mohamel Head of Brokerage Khalid Al Mohamel has an overall 24 years of experience in the Brokerage field and was appointed as Acting Head of Brokerage at HSBC Saudi Arabia Limited in October 2016 and is currently appointed as Head of Brokerage as of March 2017. In this role he is responsible for leading, directing and managing HSBC's Brokerage execution department activities and ensuring best practice on orders execution across all financial markets along with providing the highest service quality to customers as well as complying with the business s regulatory requirement, internal policies and HSBC Group standards. In 1993 he started his career with United Saudi Bank as a Brokerage Officer from 1993 to 1999. Khalid also worked in The Saudi British Bank "SABB" as a Brokerage Operations Manager until February 2007, and since he joined HSBC Saudi Arabia Limited he worked in various roles as a Senior Project Manager up to January 2011, Head of Operation in September 2011, and then, Head of Electronic Trading in September 2016. 6

Faisal Hussain Al-Shamrani Head of Human Resources Faisal Al-Shamrani was appointed Head of Human Resources at HSBC Saudi Arabia Limited (HSBC SA) in August 2015. In this role he is responsible for the direction and management of the Human Resources function of the company. Prior to joining HSBC SA, he worked for Boeing Saudi Arabia as HR Business Partner Country Manager, following five years in senior HR roles at BAE Systems and he was the Head of engineeringresources capability and development. Before that, he worked for ten years in training and leadership roles in the Royal Saudi Air Force. Faisal holds a Bachelor s degree from King Abdulaziz University. He became a Certified Training Specialist at the Royal Saudi Air Force and is a CIPD Associate member. 7

Sanka Adikaram Senior Manager, Internal Audit Sanka Adikaram was appointed as Senior Manager, Internal Audit in HSBC Saudi Arabia Limited (HSBC SA) in October 2016. The Internal Audit function reports directly to the HSBC SA Audit Committee and his primary role is to provide independent assurance that HSBC SA s risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively. Sanka has over 10 years of Internal Audit experience and was previously working for HSBC London as an Audit Manager, where he was responsible for executing risked based Internal Audits of Asset Management entities to assess the design and operational effectiveness of the control environment over investment management, regulatory compliance, financial crime compliance, governance, trade surveillance, product development, marketing and distribution. Sanka holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Business Studies from the University of Warwick UK, and is a Chartered Accountant holding professional memberships in both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and the Institute of Internal Auditors. 8

Khaza Moinuddin Chistie Chief Financial Officer Khaza Chistie was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of HSBC Saudi Arabia Limited in August 2016. Khaza s key tasks include keeping management aware of the new regulations accounting standards and HSBC best practices, providing strategic direction to senior management and ensuring controls are not compromised with expansion but maintained with adequate staff, increased automation and modern tools. Prior to joining HSBC SA, Khaza worked in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Saudi Arabia serving as CFO, from 2012 to 2016. Chestie also worked in various roles in HSBC Bank during the period of 1998 2012. Khaza holds a MBA-Finance from Andhra University in India. He also holds professional certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) & Certified Management Accountant (CMA). 9

Rajiv Shukla General Manager Global Banking & Markets Rajiv Shukla joined HSBC Saudi Arabia (HSBC SA) in 2004 and has led the Global Banking and Markets (GBM) business since February 2015. In this capacity, he heads the institutional businesses involved in Investment Banking (across debt and equity, advisory and financing) and Securities Services (including Custody, Fund Services, and Trust/Loans Agency). Prior to his current position he was Head of Investment Banking for HSBC SA from October 2011. Previous roles in HSBC SA were Head of Capital Financing, Director & Head of Debt Capital Markets. Rajiv has 26 years of experience that includes eight years with Citibank in Asia immediately prior to joining HSBC SA. He holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA degree from the Asian Institute of Management. 10

Daniel Lima Chief Risk Officer Daniel Lima was appointed as Chief Risk Officer of HSBC Saudi Arabia Limited in August 2016. He has responsibility for the identification, assessment, management and monitoring of risk across the Company including Risk Management, Operational Risk, Credit and Market Risk, Shariah Risk and Security and Fraud Risk. Daniel Chairs the Monthly Risk Management Committee, is a member of the Internal Compliance Committee, and Wealth Management Oversight Committee and presents updates to the Board Risk and Audit Committees on Risk Management issues. Daniel comes to HSBC SA with more than 14 years of experience, having served previously as Chief Risk Officer in HSBC United Arab Emirates. Daniel holds a Master of Science from King s College University of London. He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. 11

Zarrar Ahmad Mirza Head of Legal & Company Secretary Zarrar Mirza was appointed Head of Legal & Company Secretary of HSBC Saudi Arabia Limited (HSBC SA) in June 2015, having been Senior Legal Counsel since May 2014. He is responsible for all legal matters for the company, and to drive excellence in Corporate Governance to support delivery of HSBC SA strategy to the expectations of the shareholders and the regulators. Prior to joining HSBC SA, he was Senior Legal Counsel for Banking and Finance at Samba Financial Group, Saudi Arabia for six years. He has also served in private practice with law firms in Manchester, United Kingdom and Pakistan. Zarrar is Lifetime Member of Punjab Bar Council, Pakistan, Lahore High Court Bar Council, Pakistan. He holds a Master in International Business Law from University of Manchester, United Kingdom. 12

Abdulaziz Al-Juraid Head of Regulatory & Financial Crime Compliance Abdulaziz Al-Juraid was appointed Head of Regulatory & Financial Crime Compliance as of 21 December 2016, in which he was Acting Head from 17 April 2016. The function is responsible for ensuring full adherence by HSBC Saudi Arabia Ltd of all relevant laws and regulations as applicable for Authorized Persons in the Kingdom. Abdulaziz has an overall 14 years of experience. He joined Saudi British Bank (SABB) in 2003 as Junior Development Officer and progressed in his career within both SABB and HSBC Saudi Arabia Ltd covering several areas including Islamic Banking, Financial Planning and Product Development. His last role prior to this was Senior Manager Product Development in Asset Management Department. Abdulaziz has a Bachelor of Science in Business-Majoring in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic institute and State University. 13

Frederik Michaelsen Head of Research Frederik Michaelsen was appointed as Head of Research in December 2016. The Head of Research for HSBC Saudi Arabia will be responsible for conducting fundamental analysis with high profile research alongside his team of research analysts. The role will entail spending significant time on client-facing activities. Frederik comes to HSBC SA with more than 11 years of experience in Emerging Markets (EM) Equities. He joined us from HSBC Bank London where he worked in Emerging Markets Equity Sales. Prior to that, he worked in ING Bank and UBS Investment Bank. Frederik holds a Masters in Finance (MiF) degree from London Business School (LBS) and a Masters in Management from ESCP Europe. 14
