Dt Sheet 707060 Seite 1/10 JUMO Wtrns B Progrmmble Hed Trnsmitter with Rdio Trnsmission Brief description The Wtrns B hed trnsmitter with wireless dt trnsmission is used in connection with Wtrns receiver unit for sttionry or mobile temperture mesuring with RTD temperture probes or thermocouples. Alterntively, resistors with n ohmic-vlue of up to 10 kω, voltges up to 50 mv, nd currents up to 0 ma tht use n externl shunt re mesurble. Customer-specific lineriztions re possible. The mesured vlues re trnsmitted wirelessly to the receiver of the Wtrns mesuring system. These vlues re shown on the receiver's LCD disply nd re digitlly vilble on the RS485- interfce or s nlog output(s). Optionlly, different lrm types cn be indicted with the two rely outputs. This hed trnsmitter is designed for industril pplictions it is mde up of the trnsmitter with n integrted trnsmission unit nd n ntenn-bttery cse. The trnsmitter is designed to be instlled into type B terminl heds nd works in n mbient temperture rnge from -0 to 85 C. It is possible to instll the trnsmitter into customer-specific terminl heds. The ntennbttery cse is connected to the terminl hed through screw connection (M0 1.5). The trnsmission frequency of the Wtrns mesuring system is 868.4 MHz. This frequency is unffected for the most prt by externl interferences nd it llows for trnsmissions even in rough industril environment. When using the ntenn wll-holder with the m ntenn line for the receiver then the mximum open-ir rnge is 00 m. A.6 V,. Ah (size AA) lithium bttery is used s power supply for the trnsmitter. For the esy configurtion nd prmeteriztion of the hed trnsmitter nd the Wtrns receiver on PC n optionl setup progrm is vilble.
