DESIGN CUSTOMIZATION It s easier than you think. Assembling your new ThermoCabin is a simple step by step process that two ablebodied people should be able to complete in 2 to 3 hours. A ll Euro Sauna Far Infrared ThermoCabins are designed specifically for quality, ease of assembly, efficiency, and pleasing aesthetics. With this in mind, there is some assembly that is required by you, our customer. Once this process is complete, you will enjoy your Sauna for many years to come. We hope to hear from you in the future, with your feedback on the benefits felt and in your enjoyment of your ThermoCabin. Points to Keep in Mind Before you Begin. There are a few things to keep in mind. Each panel is numbered on the edge and assembled in this sequence. Panels are locked together with a unique button and slot, with two of either the button or the slot on each panel edge. Be very careful of bumping panel edges, as the Clear Cedar Tongue and Groove edges are delicate and may splinter, split, or dent if bumped. Small abrasions or bumps that may occur may be smoothed out with a damp cloth. The Emitters are delicate and should be handled carefully. Each Emitter set will have either an L or an S written on the top. This indicates whether the wiring from the Emitter to the Control panel is Long in length or Short. The Emitters with the longer wires will be mounted in the corners furthest from the Controls. The location of the Controls will be in the panel with a large cut-out on either the inside or outside panel.

EURO SAUNA SET-UP GUIDE Set up Sequence Step One Place the base of the sauna where you would like the sauna to set. The sauna will be quite heavy to move later, so be sure that it is located in its final position. The shallow cut-up around the perimeter of the base should be facing upwards. Step Two Locate panels labeled 1 and 2. This will be a side panel and door panel. These panels will produce the first corner and will aid in the initial stability. The front corners will be attached via screws, then mushroom plugs inserted. This makes for an easier assembly. Be very careful that the edges are not twisted as you assemble together, as this my cause the delicate tongue or grooved to splinter or break. Step 3 Figure 1 Panels 1 and 2 assembled on base. Continue adding panels in sequence. Each panel should slide into the next and before moving on to the next panel, be sure that the last panel is, in fact snug to the next and locked. The final panel may be a bit trickier, as the panel will need to be locked into place between two other panels. Be very careful at this stage that the edges do not bind and that the Tongue and groove match. Figure 2 Walls complete. 3

Step 4 Carefully slide bench top into place, with the ends with the rounded dowel key toward the rear of the Cabin. Using the supplied screws, screw the backrests into place using the pre-drilled holes in the backrests and the walls. Step 5 Figure 3 Benches in. Ceiling on. Remove skin from the top of the ceiling panel and set it aside. This will go back on in the final step. Lift ceiling panel over the Cabin, being very careful not to bump or scratch the wood. The ceiling panel should slide easily down over the assembled wall panels. Step 6 The corners where the Emitter bodies will mount will have pilot holes already established and should have markings on the wood showing where the top of the emitter should match. Locate the Emitters labeled with an L furthest from the controls. There are 4 screws (3/4 ) supplied for each set of Emitters. Set each Emitter. Once the Emitters are set, feed the plug from the Emitter up through the hole in the ceiling, directly in the corner. Pull the wire up through each hole. Figure 4 Controls and Emitters installed. 4

Step 7 Screw the metal brackets into the corners, as marked just slightly above the Emitters (1-1/2 screws). These are the brackets that the top lip of the Emitter Guards will set onto. The wire should run behind this bracket. Step 8 Carefully hook the lip of each Emitter Guard over the metal bracket. This may be tight, so be very careful that the cedar is not marked by the edge of the Guard as you do this. Once this is done, you will use 2 screws (3/4 ) on the bottom lips of each Guard to affix it to the wall. Step 9 Run the wires from each corner of the ceiling toward the panel which will house the Controls, and feed each plug down through the slot. Mount the bottom of the Control Panel into the opening and hold there. Feed the power wire and plug up through the slot in the opening, up into the ceiling space. Feed the Halogen light plug and wire down through the slot. Step 10 The back of the controls will be labeled. Plug the Light outlet into the properly labeled receptacle on the Controls. Plug each emitter plug into the receptacle in the Control and be sure that it is well seated. Output will be restricted if not seated properly. Push the top of the Control Panel flush against the wall and secure with a ¾ screw. Insert the supplied Mushroom plug into the screw hole to cover the screw. Figure 5 Control Panel rear. Figure 6 Control Panel Front mounted 5

Step 10 You will find 2 long and two short trim pieces supplied. These pieces are to be located in each corner above the Emitters and cover the silicone-coated Emitter wires. Each trim piece is secured with 4 each of 1 screws. Step 11 Set the ceiling skin back over the ceiling, with the pre-cut notch for the power cable to the rear. Feed the power cable through the hole and screw the skin into place. Step 12 Figure 7 Ceiling with skin. Turn the power switch on the Controls to the OFF position. Plug the power into your home receptacle securely. Turn the power switch to the ON position. The light in the sauna should illuminate, the power switch should light up red, and the small light between the temperature and the time controls should begin blinking. Within 5 10 minutes the emitters should be at full heat. Set the temperature to 60 degrees (Celsius). Set the timer to 30-40 minutes. 6

Figure 8 Completed Setup. Step 13 Drink a significant amount of water and enter the sauna with a minimal amount of covering. Enjoy a relaxing few minutes. Be sure to drink plenty of water when you exit and immediately have a shower. We thank you for choosing a Euro Sauna Far Infrared ThermoCabin, and we sincerely wish you great health and enjoyment from your new sauna. Euro Sauna staff and employees. 7
