Fall/Winter 2017 After all these years it s hard to think this will be our final Christmas newsletter. We have enjoyed every bit of transforming the Garden Barn into the Christmas Barn full of treasures for your holiday decorating and gift giving. We hope you will be happy to see all the wonderful things we have this year. All Christmas items will be 40% off beginning at our Holiday Open House and all other gift shop merchandise will be 30% off throughout the holiday season. Tuesday through Friday, - Nov. 28th - Dec. 15th. 1 a.m. & 12:45 p.m. $12.00 Reservations Required 330-345-6722 Here s one of our favorite holiday soups not in our Soups n Such Cookbook! 6 slices thick bacon or pancetta 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 cans tomato soup 1 lg. can petite diced tomatoes 1 lg. can crushed tomatoes 6 C. chicken broth 1/4 C. chopped fresh basil 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 1 loaf Italian bread, cubed Tuscan Tomato Sauté bacon until crisp. Add onion, sauté until tender. Add bread cubes and sauté until bread is crisp. Add broth, tomatoes, soup, herbs and spices. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors. Season with salt and pepper.
