Tilting up to 90 degrees will cause zero shift up to 0.84 inh₂o which can be corrected by zero adjustment. 2 Zero Adjustment Limits Zero can be fully elevated or suppressed, within the lower and upper range limits of the capsule. Integral Display (LCD Display) 5-digit numerical display, 6-digit unit display and bar graph. The display is configurable to display one or up to three of the following variable: pressure in %, scaled pressure, measured pressure. HART PROTOCOL DIGITAL OUPUT Two wire 4 to 20 ma DC with digital communications, HART FSK protocol superimposed on the 4 to 20 ma signal. FEATURES Remote Ranging and Monitoring Functions Ranges can be remotely set and monitored through HART communication. On-line Communication Analog signal output and HART digital communication do not interfere with one another making on-line communication possible. Local Parameter Setting Parameter configuration without a HHC offers quick and easy setup of parameters. Parameters that can be set include Tag Number, Unit of Measure, LRV, URV, Damping, Output Mode, Display, and Re-range by applying actual pressure (LRV and URV). Response Time (All Capsules) 100 msec When software damping is set to zero and includes dead time of 45 msec (nominal) Self-Diagnostics CPU failure, hardware failure, configuration error, process alarm for pressure or capsule temperature. User-configurable process high/low alarm for pressure also available. Enhanced Burst Mode and Event Notification (HART 7) Advanced burst mode includes the variety of transmission settings by specifying burst variables, update period, and message trigger mode. Event notification function gives you an alert signal based on the status change in preset values and selfdiagnostics. Long Tag Supporting Up to 32 Characters (HART 7) Long tag secures better asset management with abundant digits available for device tag numbers. Self-Diagnostics Pressure input outside the range limit, excessive ambient temperature, incorrect span setting etc. can be diagnosed through HART communication. HART Protocol Revision Selectable HART protocol revision can be selected from HART 5 or HART 7 when ordering. The protocol revision can be changed in the field by the user. Signal Characterizer User-configurable 10-segment signal characterizer for the 4 to 20 ma output.

7 ORDERING INFORMATION FACTORY SETTING AT SHIPMENT Specify the following when ordering: 1. Model, suffix codes, and option codes 2. Calibration range and units a. Calibration range can be specified with values up to 5 digits (excluding any decimal point) for low and high range limits within the value of -32000 to +32000 b. Specify only one unit from table Factory Settings when shipped 3. Display scale and units (for transmitters with integral indicator). Specify either 0 to 100% or engineering unit scale. For engineering unit scale, range limit for the low and high limits can be up to 5 digits (excluding any decimal point) and must be within -32000 to +32000 4. Specify HART 5 or HART 7 5. Tag No (if required): Can specify up to 22 characters that will be engraved on the tag plate fixed to the amplifier housing. 6. Software Tag (if required): Up to 32 characters can be specified.
