Hopefully this finds everyone enjoying this nice warm weather!! A couple of months from now we will all be wishing it were warm again.somehow it seems we are never quite satisfied with the weather Unfortunately, the weather has not been kind to our garden however not going to be the best year for some of those vegetables. Oh well, it is what it is. Not much we can do about it but enjoy whatever bounty we do get. Even though it s been hot outside, it s cool in the Shoppe! We have been re-arranging and re-organizing things wait until you see our button selection!!! Fantastic new yarns have been arriving and will continue to do so throughout the month of September. Luscious fibers, gorgeous colors and great pattern designs to go with them. We will have you all set for your fall/winter knitting. Plus, be sure to take a look at our class schedule it is packed full of fantastic opportunities to increase your knitting abilities! On a personal note, my family continues to grow. We added our first Grandson (Jake Michael Turner Marquart) on June 15!! Plus, we are expecting a second Grandson in January! This will bring our total Grandchild count up to 7!! I ll have to get busy pretty soon making new winter hats I m in the process now of knitting the newest grandchildren their Christmas stockings. I love carrying on that tradition with my children. Everyone gets their own individualized stocking.
