Terms of Reference Skill Development Training Courses Following are the TORs for provision of skill development training courses as advertized in the newspaper and TMF website. The vendor must provide a valid NTN number Have previous experience of providing / managing skills development training courses The vendor must submit the CV of the trainers to be assigned for the trainings Only female instructors will be allowed The total number of students to be training is as follows:- o Jewelry 400 o Beautification 400 o Health and Hygiene 1600 The skills training would be provided at the venue in groups of 25 each, at 16 locations in district Lahore Each training course will be spread over 20-credit hours and can be completed in at least 10 days with 2-hour session each. The vendor will also issue certificate of successful completion of the course to the students Tax would be deducted at source The vendor will provide individual material kits to students containing the items listed in Annex A, below The vendor will ensure sufficient training material for practice of trainees during the conduct of the training.
