JUNE 2017 MAAA Workshops Dear MAAA members, MAAA Member Opportunities MAAA Member News Non-MAAA Workshops & Opportunities After much consideration I have come to the conclusion that I can not be the President efficiently. My health has taken a turn for the worse and the duties are more than I can handle at the time. I hope to continue as a member and seek to add venues, where we can show our Artwork. We have added the City of Keene, 3rd floor, Mayors office, there is space for up to 8 paintings/photos. and am working on showing at the County Court House also. During its pilot phase, TLC Monadnock will support crowdfunding campaigns based in Keene, Chesterfield, Hinsdale, Swanzey and Winchester. If successful, it will expand to serve a larger region.

MAAA NEWS Painting Group Every Thursday 10-12 Heberton Hall All members are invited to attend the Painting Group, meeting every Thursday morning at 10:00 A.M. in Heberton Hall. Heberton Hall is located right next to the Keene Public Library and has wonderful lighting for painters. This is a joint program of the library and the Monadnock Area Artists Association. There is no charge, of course and no instruction. This is a social opportunity for artists to exchange information and perfect their art abilities. Almost all media are represented.
