Our story Who is Thirty-One? In 2003 Cindy Monroe started Thirty-One in the basement of her Tennessee home with a vision to help women. She wanted to give them an opportunity to provide for their families and for themselves while working on their schedule. Ten years later, that vision is still at the forefront of everything we do.
