Natalie has trained clients all over the world how to negotiate more effectively including Schroders, the European Investment Bank, DLA Piper, Mayer Brown LLP, Deloitte, KPMG, MasterCard, Invesco, Lloyds Banking Group, Goldman Sachs, ETF Securities, Capital One and HSBC. Natalie Reynolds Founder and Managing Director advantagespring Natalie and the advantagespring team work with a range of global companies to develop internal negotiation capability through coaching and training, often generating huge savings, increased revenue or efficiencies for their clients. Natalie also coaches senior women on the topic of salary negotiation, writes regularly in the national press on the role that negotiation can play in tackling the gender pay gap and delivers keynote speeches at conferences worldwide on effective negotiation. Natalie has a passionate interest in the role that gender can play at the negotiation table and has spent a number of years researching the issue, providing coaching for women to boost confidence and challenge stereotypes and delivering challenging, provocative and practical master classes for women s networks (including the BBC, DLA Piper and Mayer Brown LLP) and at conferences across Europe and the US. Natalie was recently described by the Guardian newspaper as a leading expert in effective negotiation and contributes articles on negotiation skills to sites including the Huffington Post, Business O Feminin, the Financial Times and Forbes.
Prior to founding advantagespring, Natalie qualified as Barrister, worked in a number of strategic management and legal advisory roles in both central and local government (including as an advisor to the Mayor of London on tackling domestic violence and sexual assault) and worked as a Commercial Director for both a large national charity and a FTSE 100 company. Natalie and the advantagespring team volunteer their time to support various charities with developing their commercial awareness and negotiation capability and are currently working with the NSPCC, Human Rights Watch and the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. Christine Gill is a Managing Director for and a Platinum Client Executive in the Global Client Management team. She plays a significant leadership role in the creation, management and execution of strategic growth strategies with several of the company s global financial institution and investment management clients. Christine Gill Managing Director Previously, Christine was a managing director for Pershing LLC, a BNY Mellon company and head of Relationship Management for the firm s Managed Investments business. acquired the PNC Global Investment Servicing lines of business in 2010, where Christine was a managing director and senior vice president of Strategic Product Management. During her tenure with PNC, Christine created the firm s managed account business and led the efforts to acquire and integrate several companies. Prior to PNC, Christine was a founding member of mutualfunds.com and she was employed by Natixis Global Asset Management, where her responsibilities included managing broker/dealer, financial advisor and investor service and marketing teams, as well as the business management and fund operations teams. Christine graduated cum laude from Boston College, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management in Economics and Marketing. She served as the Co-Chair of the National Investment Company Service Association (NICSA) Distribution Committee and currently represents on the board of the Wall Street Women s Alliance
Natalie is currently the Senior Director, Global Security at Thomson Reuters, where she is responsible for security operations in North and South America and global Crisis Management. Soon, she will be transitioning into a new role to head up the operations and strategy team for the global account management function in the Legal business. Before joining Thomson Reuters, she spent 9 years at Goldman Sachs in the Office of Global Security and 5 years at Central Intelligence Agency as an Illicit Transactions analyst. Natalie Runyon Senior Director, Global Security Thomson Reuters Natalie specializes in leadership development for the next generation of leaders as a co-chair of the New York City chapter of women@ ThomsonReuters and as a member of the global governance committee of the women s network. She also utilizes her leadership expertise as the creator of a career advancement program called Be the CEO of Your Career, which has been launched globally within Thomson Reuters and was incubated within the women@thomsonreuters NYC chapter in 2013. Natalie is a conference speaker and an author of articles in The Glass Hammer, Security magazine, and CSO Online. Natalie was named one of top 20 under 40 in Security Director News in 2013. Natalie earned her M.B.A from The George Washington University and her B.S. in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University. She is an ASIS Certified Protection Professional and Certified Professional Coach. She resides in NYC with her husband and two sons.
