Tke out shower glss doors or pnels out from the Crton ox nd set it on the soft cloth lnket. Do not len it on the wll or floor without the soft cloth lnket. ATTENTION! Never set glss on floor or tile or solid floor or wll surfce without soft cloth lnket if you set it without soft cloth lnket it will cuse scrtches to the tempered glss nd this will cuse it to shtter right wy or when instlled or when you strt using it, improper hndling cuses scrtches on the glss doors or pnels. When instlling glss doors or pnels e sure your hve inspected glss doors or pnels fully efore instlling it. Do not instll nd Stop instlltion if you see or find scrtches or chipped corners on your glss doors or pnels. NEVER set glss doors or pnels on its corners mke sure the your floor is level with the soft cloth lnket when prepring glss doors or pnels for instlltion. After opening ll oxes nd pckges, red this introduction crefully. Check tht ll of the needed prts re included in the pckge y checking ll the components on the digrm of components. Prior to instlltion, ensure tht the instlltion surfce is leveled nd solid, nd will e le to support the totl weight of the unit. Also, mke sure the wlls re t the right ngles. Irregulr instlltion surfce level or improper ngle of side wlls will result in serious prolems during instlltion. Note, tht some djustments nd drilling will e necessry during the instlltion process. VERY IMPORTANT! Instlltion of this extremely hevy product to the wll requires minimum of 2" x 4" wood stud frming ehind the wll. 1. Your upper guide ril (10) nd nti-splsh luminum threshold (8) hve een precut for your shower model opening width: 48" or 60". If W-width of your wll to wll opening is equl to the size of your shower model, it is not necessry to cut the guide ril nd threshold nd you cn continue to step 2. If W width of your wll to wll opening is less thn the size of your shower model, you will need to cut the guide ril (from the the end which is frther from the glss rcket (9)) nd the threshold (from the end w/o the groove). The end to cut off will e L: L= Sutrct W from the size of your shower model. Exmple: If the wll opening W=47". Your shower door width is 48". L=48" 47"=1". You hve to cut 1" off from the upper guide ril nd the nti-splsh luminum threshold. See Figure 1 nd 2 for detils. Figure 1 c 5

2. Plce the Anti-splsh luminum threshold (8) to the shower try or shower se, nd then, plce the wll profile (14) to the wll. Using level to djust the wll profile upright nd the threshold horizontl, mke sure tht the profile is verticl to the threshold. See Figure 3 for detils. ATTENTION: The wll profile must e verticl to the threshold, the two openings of ech profiles need to mtch. The wll profile should e plced to the threshold with slot. Figure 3 7
3. Mke the mrks through the predrilled holes on the luminum profile (14) nd Anti-splsh luminum threshold (8) for drilling. Now drill the holes with drill it Φ8mm(Ø5/16").Apply silicone into the holes on the wll nd insert the wll nchor (22). See Figure 4 for detils. c d e 8
4. Apply silicone from top to ottom long the ck edge (edge fcing the wll) of Wll profile(14) nd the ck edge (edge fcing the shower se) of Anti-splsh Aluminum Threshold (8).Fsten the wll profile (14) to the wll with round hed screw M4X60 (16), nd fsten the threshold (8) to the shower se or shower try with round hed screw M4X30 (19). Put the Screw Cover (20) to cover the screw in the threshold(8). Put the Glss Holder(21) to Anti-splsh Aluminum Threshold (8) f See Figure 5 for detils. g Figure 5 c d 9
5. Use the llen key (22) to loose the screw on the glss door stopper (3) nd the guide ril rcket (2). Slide the stopper nd then the rcket to the guide ril (10). See Figure 6 for detils. Figure 6 c d 10
6. Loose the screw of the Glss Brcket (9) with llen key nd then lign the screw hole of the glss rcket with the hole of the Fixed Glss (11), fsten the fixed glss with the Guide Ril (10) together with the glss rcket. IMPORTANT: Mke sure tht cler ruer Gskets re in etween the Fixed glss(11) then fsten the Screw, mke sure prts re in the right position.do not let ny metl prts come into contct directly with glss,which will dmge the glss notches nd cuse scrtches or dmge to the Fixed glss(11).if ignored, could result in serious injury or deth. 7. Insert the Fixed Glss (11) with the Guide Ril (10) ssemly into the slot of the Wll Profile (14) nd the slot of the Anti-Splsh Aluminum Threshold (8). See Figure 8 for detils. Figure 8 c d 12

Outline the position of the guide ril rcket on the wll. Put the fixed glss ssemly wy nd remove the guide ril rcket from the upper guide ril y loosing the screw on it, nd then plce the Wll Brcket 2A of the guide ril rcket on the outlined position nd mrk down the holes for drilling. Now drill the holes with drill it Φ8mm(5/16") nd insert the wll nchor (22) nd then fsten wll rcket to the wll with round hed screw M5X60 (17). See Figure 10 for detils. Follow Fig 10 to ssemle other side 14
c d 10. Slide the Fixed Glss Assemly into the slots of Wll Profile (14) nd Anti-Splsh Aluminum threshold (8) gin, now slide the guide ril rckets towrd the wll nd push it ginst the wll. Use llen key (23) to tighten up the screws of the rckets. Slide the Side PVC Strip, long one (15) into the slot of the wll profile (14), etween the fixed glss (11) nd profile. Slide the Side PVC Strip, short one (15) into the slot of the threshold (8), etween the fixed glss (11) nd the threshold. e See Figure 11 for detils. 15

c d Figure 12 11. Plce the Guide lock (13) on the shower se or shower try nd prllel it to the Fixed Glss (11). It should not pss eyond the verticl edge of the glss. Tke mesurement to ensure the distnce etween the front line of the glss nd the center line of the Guide lock is 1 3/16". Hold the guide lock firmly nd mrk down the drilling hole on the shower se or shower try. Remove the Guide lock, now drill the hole using Ø 5/16" drill it, insert the wll nchor (22) in nd then fsten the Guide lock to the shower se or shower try with the Countersunk Screw M5X30 (18). See Figure 12 for detils. 17
12. Slide the Side Anti-wter Strip (12) to the Fixed Glss (11), remove the flpper tht interferes with the Guide Ril (10) NOTE: You cn cut the strips to size y using knife if necessry, do not cut nti-wter strips while they re instlled on the glss. You must tke off the nti-wter strip cut them s needed nd re-instll them. Normlly, the strips re pre-cut to the size of the glss door. See Figure 13 for detils. Figure 13 18
13. Instll the Rollers (4) to the Glss Door (7), plce Anti-Wter Strip (12) nd Bumper Strip (1) into the glss door s well. Rememer to remove the flpper tht interferes with the Guide Ril (10) NOTE: You cn cut the strips to size y using knife if necessry, do not cut nti-wter strips while they re instlled on the glss. 17. Apply cler silicone selnt etween the threshold nd shower try or shower se. Also, pply silicone etween the wll nd the wll profiles. WAIT 24 HOURS BEFORE USING THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE See Figure 18 for detils. MAINTENANCE USE CARE Mintennce & Cre IMPORTANT! DO NOT USE: Arsive cleners such s: cid, mmoni, lech, nd similr solutions. Use of such solutions my cuse corrosion, finish peeling, nd/or dull the surfce. DO NOT USE: Arsive sponges or cloth. Never use steel, wool, or wired rushes tht will permnently scrtch the surfce. After instlltion use the shower door for pproximtely 2-3 weeks or 20-25 times (whichever comes first). Be sure to re-inspect ll screws, mke sure they re tight nd tighten them if necessery. Repet this djustments when necessry. When opening nd closing the glss door. Be sure not to slm it. Alwys, open or close the glss door gently. Never slm the shower door ginst glss shower enclosure pnel or wll. Slming the glss door will cuse immedite shttering nd will cuse personl injury or deth. Never leve kids unttended. Be sure to explin sfety rules nd trin kids how to use the shower door to prevent ny injuries or deth. It is very importnt to inform ll fmily memers living with you out this sfety opertion instructions. Long lsting life is gurnteed while mintining proper cre of your shower door nd/or enclosure. To prevent uild-up of sop, fter ech use, rinse the glss nd wipe it with glss squeegee nd soft cloth mteril. Glss prts my e clened with designted clening solutions only.
