Local governments, community based organizations, non-profits, public & private schools, faith-based organizations, etc. Always searching for Trusted Voices Currently there are 76 members of the Partnership Program. Complete Count Committees CCCs serve as extensions of the Partnership Program to plan and implement local outreach and promotional efforts. They are made up of key influential community members representing different population groups and areas. As of today, we have approximately 80 Active CCCs in the Boston Region 10 in CT with more forming 8
Language Assistance Program Targeted mailing of bilingual Spanish/English questionnaire. Questionnaires display both English and Spanish Telephone Questionnaire Assistance (TQA) telephone numbers. Bilingual TQA operators available in the 5 primary non-english languages. Language Assistance Guides available online in 59 languages and through TQA and Questionnaire Assistance Centers Language Identification Flashcards provided to all enumerators and Questionnaire Assistance Center Representatives. Be Counted forms available in 6 primary languages
Be Counted Program Site Be Counted Program is for individuals who think they were excluded from the Census. A box of questionnaires will be located at these sites Runs from late March 2010 to mid-april 2010. 10

Census in the Schools Goal of CIS is to teach students about the 2010 Census and have them bring the benefits and importance back to their parents Scholastic, Inc. has created lesson plans for teachers and activities and interactive sites for various grade levels All lesson plans are aligned to national standards Every principal of public and private schools in CT has received CIS kits Most principals in our Target Cities have been visited by Partnership staff (teacher meetings, PTO meeting, events, and use of CIS lesson plans). 12
College and University Initiative (aka Census on Campus ) This initiative is designed to reach out to the hundreds of Colleges and Universities in the Boston Region We currently have 297 liaisons in Boston Region C & U s! These liaisons will help educate and motivate all Residential Life offices and student housing organizations on (and off) their campuses. 13
