Requires 4 tec screws (#1231)/splice 10701 Aluminum Polylock Gutter-16 lengths 10702 Rainbow Plus Gutter Splice 11-3/4" Used with Rainbow Plus Structures. Attach to bow member using 1-1/2 pipe straps with two 5/16 x3/4 carriage bolts (#1338) and nuts (#1346). One foot overhang (minimum) recommended at each end of the structure. Five foot overhang recommended when used with a rigid vent. When using double layered polyethylene on the roof, use the mark III insert (#1044). Requires two runs of Mark III inserts/gutter. Splice gutter with 5/16 x ¾ carriage bolts (#1338) and nuts (#1346). Drilling of holes to mount splice or gutter is not needed. Requires 12 bolts and nuts/splice. 1003 Polylock Edge-16 lengths Attached to roof bars under the bent and keeps bent headers operable when the greenhouse roof is double air layered. Also used on sidewall corner of poly sidewall houses. Requires one run of Mark III inserts (#1044). 1035 Angle Splice Plate 6 Attaches vent header (#1003) at corners on poly sidewall houses. Attach to eave and baseboard with four tec screws (#1231). 1094 Double Polylock Eave 12 Lengths Used as an eave member on Rainbow Plus greenhouses with poly roof and sidewalls. Attaches to L connector bar using two 5/16" x 1" hex head bolts (#1340) with locknuts (#1346). NOTE: Use on PowerHouse greenhouses requires an Eave Spacer (#1007) located between the bow and the double Polylock eave extrusion using two 5/16" x 1-3/4" hex head bolts (#13421) with locknuts (#1346). Requires two runs of Mark III Inserts (#1044). 1007 Eave Spacer 4-1/2 Used with used Polylock panel edge (#1092) and double eave (#1094) on Powerhouse models. 21081 Gable End with Pocket Pre-punched 12'3" Secures poly roof. Attach to end bow every two feet using 1.90 pipe straps (#15312) or 2.40 pipe straps (#1533) and two 5/16 x 3/4 hex head bolts (#1330) with locknuts (#1346). The lower leg is cut to aid in bending. Attaches double poly to the roof and endwalls. Also used as a splice between two lengths of double poly roofing.
