TRI-SENSOR TECHNOLOGY LIGHT ON DEMAND P-LUX At the heart of a P-Lux lantern is a digital LED driver and a Tri-Sensor technology package that senses light, temperature and movement. P-Lux LED Lanterns offer Space & Security lighting. Photocell controlled and PIR activated the light will automatically come on at night at high level then dim down after 60 seconds or last activation, at dawn the light will switch off automatically. Benefits Security light level on demand Similar light levels on LUX-UP to 100W Low Energy Consumption LUX-UP Lux-Down 2W DOWN = (20W Equivalent) UP = (100W Equivalent) The P-LUX will function at dusk and will illuminate to full brightness, after 60 seconds the light will dim down into Lux down mode. In this mode the P-LUX consumes less than 2 watts of power whilst offering a subtle night light. Throughout the night when triggered by movement the P-LUX will LUX-UP to to provide full luminance to the area, after a short period (60 sec) from the last activation the P-LUX will dim back to Lux Down or (sleep mode). TRI-SENSOR TECHNOLOGY LIGHT ON DEMAND OUR 8 PART CLEANING & PRE PAINT PROCESS We spend an hour on our pre-paint treatment to ensure that our lanterns retain their finish long after building guarantees have expired. 1. Dip finished raw material in alkaline water 6 times in 10 minutes. This removes filings and oil from the casting. 2. Dip 5 times in clean water over 4 minutes. 3. Soak in 75% water solution for 20 minutes and dipcontinuously for 5 minutes to remove oil and grease from the casting. 4. Dip continuously in clean water for 3 minutes. 5. Repeat stage 4 in clean water for 3 minutes. 6. Soak for 5 minutes in a deoxidization pool. 7. Soak in clean water for 7 minutes. 8. Repeat stage 7 in another pool with clean water for 3 minutes. The raw material is then dried and is now ready for powder coating. 5
