These devices re idel for ttery powered pplictions where power sving is importnt. They offer low power lterntives to other two terminl shunt references. The ZTR devices do not require n externl resistor nd, in contrst to two terminl references, wste none of the ttery power s lod current vries. The ZTR only consumes 3 supply current. The two devices require s low s 1.4 volts etween input nd output for regultion. Output voltge tolernce is ± 2.5%, with voltge vrition of.275mv/ C over the -55 C to 125 C operting rnge.
