For more than 25 years, Bill Kemp has sold and delivered solutions to energy and utility industry clients around the world on critical strategy, finance, operations, and technology issues. Mr. Kemp has directed over 300 consulting projects in the areas of strategic planning, strategy implementation, mergers and acquisitions, technology and market economics, industry restructuring, marketing and trading, competitive positioning, re- engineering/cost management, and litigation support. He previous led the Strategy Solutions practice for the management consulting of Black & Veatch. He also was a key contributor to the growth of Deloitte Consulting, ultimately rising to become one of three managing partners for their worldwide practice in the energy and utilities industry.
