A planner for GoodRich, an aerospace manufacturing company based in America for the (UTAS) B787 Fan Cowl project (Fan Cowl GE & RR) at CTRM AC. Responsible for MPS of the whole Fan Cowl panels and their Sub-Assembly components, scheduling for the productions process flow throughout the whole year & forecast for next forward years, managing delivery and manage the demand from customer to meet the Boeing requirement. Planned recovery schedule for each stations (layup/cnc/cmm/ndt) and ect, mostly due to the increase of demand from customer. Communicated directly to customers and was involved with a lot of people/departments to solve occurring issues. Learned a lot regarding composites in every process and gained better knowledge in advance composited for aero structure. A Process/Machining Engineer in Machining Engineering Department at HICOM Diecasting SDN. BHD. Responsible for ZFSM (Steering Housing) Mass Production product (Steering for Verso, Manual Steering for Perodua, GMX (USA)). In charge in reducing cost/pcs, optimize the cycle time of the operation, Reduce Rejection (PPM) by below 8000 and increase OEE target from 87% to 95%. Recruited new projects such SIMMEN VEDEO and Servo Housing, and was responsible for Cost Quotation (Better explanation while face to face communication). Was also involved in 8D team, cooperated with Quality Department to solve Product Quality problem and Customer complaints, and became a member of PPD (Product Part Development) Department who s in charge in updating and changing The FMEA and Action Plan. Monitored the production and technical side, reviewed production schedules to meet customer order, helped to solve machine problem due to tack time problem of the machine, and was involved in the efforts to standardize the machine cycle time into its optimum.
