Assembly Instructions C B 4 C O NOT fully-tighten the bolts or nuts initially until all the bolts or nuts are ready to assemble. To avoid causing damages to the thread, O NOT over-tighten the nuts or bolts.. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts.. Attach one Leg () to the corner blocks of the Top Support Frame (B) by inserting four '' Bolts () with Lock Washers () and Flat Washers () through the drilled holes on the corner blocks and screw into the threaded inserts on the Leg ().. Insert two Wood owels (4) into the end holes on the Bottom Shelf (C) as a guide. Fasten the Bottom Shelf (C) to the Leg () by using two '' Bolts () and two Washers ( and ). 4. Repeat the same procedure to attach the other Leg () at the opposite end. 4
Assembly Instructions E E 5. Stand the assembled base upright. 6. Fasten two Mounting Boards (E) to the top of Legs () by inserting four '' Bolts () with the Washers ( and ) through the countersunk holes and securely screw into place. 5
Assembly Instructions E E A 7. Place the Table Top (A) upside down on a level and protective surface as shown. 8. Flip around the assembled base and attach the Mounting Boards (E) to the slide supports with eight '' Bolts () and eight Washers ( and ). Securely tighten all the bolts with the provided Allen wrench. 6
Assembly Instructions 9. Ask for assistance to lift the unit upright and position it at the desired location. If necessary, adjust the pre-attached Floor Levelers at the bottom of Legs () to level the unit. 0. Press the button to release the locking pin on lock mechanisms underneath the Table Top (A), then pull the Table Top wide open equally from both ends.. Lift both butterfly leaves from the compartment of Table Top (A).. Rest the leaves on one slide support and then unfold the leaf aprons.. Unfold the leaf and rest the top flap onto the other slide support. 4. Push the Table Top (A) from both ends to close and push up the locking pin into the Table Top. 7
To Store the Butterfly Leaf When Not In Use 5. Press the button to release the locking pin on lock mechanisms underneath the Table Top (A), then pull the Table Top wide open equally from both ends. 6. Fold two butterfly leaves together and flip down the leaf aprons. 7. Rotate the butterfly leaves and rest them onto the leaf supports. 8. Push the Table Top (A) from both ends to close and push up the locking pin into the Table Top. 8
