Linear drive The use of a linear drive decreases the acceleration times and increases rapid feed rates of the axes. Maximum precision and positioning accuracy thanks to the use of a direct measuring system (glass scale). Linear drives use less mechanical parts than ballscrew axes reducing the influence of mechanical wear or thermal effects.
