SPEAKERS Jad Atallah Director, Leveraged and Acquisition Finance, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc Working with corporate and financial sponsor clients, Jad advises and executes on event and refinancing mandates across the bank and bond markets. He has 12 years of capital markets experience across Europe and the U.S., having recently spent 3 years working with the team in London covering European clients. Francis Burkitt Managing Director Debt Advisory Group, Rothschild Francis advises listed companies on how to borrow better where better means choosing the best debt structure and market; and achieving lower margins, more flexible covenants, a smoother process and lower execution risk. His group covers bank facilities, private placements and public bonds. Alan Carey Principal Officer/Director International Division, Revenue As Principal Officer/Director in the International Division of Revenue, Alan heads up the OECD Branch with responsibility for Ireland s participation in the OECD BEPS project. Prior to joining Revenue in 2013, he was a Tax Director with a Big 4 practice. Alan is a graduate of UCD (BBLS, MAcc), a qualified Chartered Accountant and an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). Rob Carnell Chief International Economist, ING Rob joined ING in 2004 and previously worked as an economist for Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Schroder investment management. He started his career with the UK government in HM Treasury in the international finance directorate and inflation and monetary policy teams.

Joe Coleman Group Treasurer and Chief Risk Officer, Bord Na Mona Previously in a number of senior finance roles within Bord Na Mona, Joe became Group Treasurer in 2007 and took on the Chief Risk Officer role in 2012. He previously worked for Kerry Group Plc in Ireland and the UK. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland, Joe also holds an honors degree in Business Studies. Remco de Vries President, Irish Association of Corporate Treasurers Group Treasurer at Experian, Remco is responsible for management, accounting and reporting of Experian s global corporate treasury activities. Remco began his career with accountancy firm PwC in the Netherlands where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He worked two years for PwC Birmingham, working mainly with large corporates. He joined GUS plc in 2005 and was involved in setting up Experian s treasury operations at its corporate head office in Dublin in 2007 after the group s demerger. Remco holds a master degree in Business Economics, is a member of the Dutch Institute of Chartered Accountants (NBA) & is an Associate Member of the ACT. Dympna Donnelly VP Treasury, SAP Dympna is a former tax director with PwC. In industry, she worked with Business Objects moving on acquisition to SAP. In 2010 Dympna moved to treasury to establish an Irish subsidiary allowing SAP to do internal financing in US Dollars. Heavily involved in acquisition financing, the Irish entity has raised $2.65bn on the US private placement market. Ronan Doyle Vice President, Irish Association of Corporate Treasurers The Banking Leader for PwC Ireland, Ronan is the firm s Chief Risk Officer and is a practicing partner in their Banking and Treasury Group. He is the Irish representative on PwC s Global Corporate Treasury Technical Committee and European Treasury Leaders forum. With almost 20 years experience with PwC working on a range of audit and non audit issues, Ronan is responsible for the Financial Risk Management practice within PwC Dublin.

Alan Harrison Corporate Treasury Solutions, Investec Bank Plc Alan joined Investec Bank Plc in 2010 & his role involves deliverying innovative solutions to complex exposures arising from price movements in commodities & currencies for corporate & institutional clients. With over 12 years corporate banking experience, he is responsible for managing existing clients as well as developing new Investec business relationships. Brian Hayes MEP Member of the Economic & Monetary Affairs Committee Brian was appointed Minister of State at the Departments of Finance and Public Expenditure & Reform, a position he held until his election to the European Parliament in 2014. He was appointed to the European Parliament Economic & Monetary Affairs Committee, Development Committee and Budgetary Control Committee. Brian is the European Peoples Party (EPP) lead negotiator for the Money Market Funds regulation & is also the European Parliament spokesperson for the IORPS 2 Directive. Swag Ganguly Senior Managing Director & Head of European Debt Advisory Business, Evercore Swag has advised corporates, private equity, infrastructure funds and governments on over US$100bn of financings in his 15 years in the industry. Prior to joining Evercore in 2014, he was a Managing Director at Rothschild in their debt advisory business where he had worked since 2000. Mr. Ganguly has an M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University and qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1999. Jack Gogarty Global Finance Operations Director, Coca-Cola Jack joined Coca-Cola as Finance Operations Manager and transferred to Atlanta in 1996 to project manage a global SAP implementation. In 2002 he became Controller for Global Concentrate Operations before returning to Ireland in 2008 to set up the Europe, Eurasia and Africa shared service centre. Jack completed a Business and Accounting degree, a Masters degree in Management Science and qualified as an ACCA in 1984.

George Lee Economist, RTE A graduate LSE and UCD, George Lee has been an economist at the Central Bank, ESB, Riada Stockbrokers, the Sunday Business Post and at RTE where he was Economics Editor from 1995 until 2009 before becoming a TD for Dublin South. He returned to the broadcaster and is currently RTE s Agriculture and Environment Correspondent. Callum Macpherson Head of Commodities, Investec Bank plc Callum joined Investec in 2012 to establish a commodity hedging capability to help Investec s clients manage their commodity exposures. Prior to Investec, he held similar roles at Nomura and Lehman Brothers. Callum has been in the financial services industry since 1999 after graduating from the University of Cambridge with an MA in Computer Science. Andrew Marshall Managing Director, SLG Treasury With 20+ years treasury experience in 20+ countries in the investment banking, professional services / consultancy and corporate sectors, Andrew has worked with some of the world s largest companies in mining, pharmaceuticals, automotive, construction, aviation and retail. He brings unique perspectives to design and implement global, complex change/transformation projects, developing robust, future proof operating models.

Tom Milligan Director of Insurance, Tax and Treasury, Aer Lingus With Aer Lingus since 2011, Tom has extensive experience working in the travel and logistics sectors. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, an associate member of the Assoc of Corporate Treasurers and holds an Honours degree in Business Studies (Glasgow Caledonian University). Tom was previously Group Treasurer at British Midland Airways and Group Treasurer for other listed companies including John Menzies plc and Stagecoach Group plc. Michael Mueller Head of Global Cash Management Corporate Banking, Barclays Bank PLC Head of Global Cash Management at Barclays, Michael is responsible for the Corporate Banking Liquidity, Transactions Product Suite and Bespoke Cash Management teams located around the globe. Michael joined Barclays in 2011 from Deutsche Bank, where he held a number of senior management roles in the Global Transaction Bank, including responsibility for the Non-Bank Financial Institutions and Wholesale Solutions business. Lorcan Murtagh Treasurer & Finance Director, Ireland James Hardie International Finance Ltd With James Hardie since 2012, Lorcan previously worked for 15 years at Novell Software including as CFO for EMEA, Financial Shared Services Centre Director, Ireland Finance Director, EMEA Revenue Controller & EMEA Internal Audit Manager. Previously with KPMG for 12 years, Lorcan holds a BA in Accounting & Finance and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. Mark Redmond Chief Executive, American Chamber of Commerce Ireland Prior to joining the Chamber, Mark was Chief Executive of the Irish Tax Institute and a Director with PwC. He is on the Board of the Investor Compensation Company Ltd. Mark has previously served on the National Council of IBEC and the Governing Authority of UCD and is a graduate of TCD and DCU. The Chamber is the leading international business organisation in Ireland representing 700 US companies located here.

Jean-Marc Servat Chairman, European Association of Corporate Treasurers Jean-Marc chairs the EACT since July 2015. He previously held senior Treasury positions in multinational companies such as Cisco Systems, Lukoil, Nokia and Dow Chemical. In the past, he presided at the Swiss Treasury association ACTSR. He is a graduate from the HEC school of management in Paris. Rossa White Chief Economist, National Treasury Management Agency As NTMA s Chief Economist since 2010, Rossa is also responsible for Investor Relations for Funding & Debt Management. He was promoted to Deputy Director in 2013. Mr White was previously Chief Economist at J&E Davy, where he began his career as an economist in 2002. He graduated with first-class honours from both the MA in Economics and the B.Commerce (International) at University College Dublin. David Walsh Chief Sports Writer, The Sunday Times A four-time Irish Sportswriter of the Year and a three-time UK Sportswriter of the Year, David is author of LA Confidential and Seven Deadly Sins : an account of his dogged 13 year Lance Armstrong investigation (movie expected to be released Autumn 2015). The key journalist in uncovering the Armstrong and US Postal Service Cycling Team doping program, David was vindicated when Armstrong was stripped of all seven of his Tour titles and banned from cycling for life on October 22, 2012. Susan Webb Treasury & Financial Services Professional Susan has spent over 20 years working in industry as a Treasury professional and is a former managing director of Pfizer s international treasury centre based in Dublin. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Is currently a member of the NTMA and an independent non-executive director of Wells Fargo Bank International.
