CONGRATULATIONS! You just started your YTB business and, like any business, your success will be in direct proportion to your efforts. The Fast Track to PowerTeam is a SYSTEM designed specifically to get your Rep business off to a fast start with a step-by-step plan for earning your PowerTeam promotion in 30 days or less. Make no mistake - YTB is a real business that over time can allow you to build freedom by leveraging your efforts. That s what one of America s first billionaires was speaking of when he said; I would rather have 1% of the efforts of 100 people, than to have 100% of my own efforts. By building a team of like-minded people that s exactly what you are doing in YTB. While each of them are pursuing their individual goals, you will be earning an override, or percentage, of their success. This is how you leverage yourself in YTB. So let s get started. IT BEGINS WITH A DREAM Speak to almost any successful person and they will tell you that before success was attained, they had a clear, concise mental picture of what they wanted to achieve. Think of it like this. When building a custom home, most people start by describing their dream home to an architect. Next the architect produces a rendering that becomes the first picture of your home. Then come the blueprints, or plan, that will answer any and all questions during construction. The blueprints are given to the builder and construction begins. Several months later what was once just a dream has become a reality. YTB is no different. It begins with a dream, or picture of what you financially desire. Let s start with something that is attainable in a few short months. What would you do with an extra $1,240 per month? This money is in addition to your current income and it will be deposited into your checking account month after month after month for the next several years. So what will you spend it on? Before you commit to paying off credit cards or eliminating some bills, let s assume those are paid off because in a short time they will be. So what do you really want? Is it a new car? Will you change your address? How about private school or college for the kids? Possibly it s that special vacation you ve been dreaming of for years? Would you pay down your mortgage or save for retirement? Or will you financially support that cause you believe in? There is no right or wrong answer, but this must be something you REALLY desire. Go ahead and write it down right now, the material will still be here when you return. Welcome back. You have officially identified your dream, or as we call it, YOUR WHY. This is the first picture of what you will do with your YTB earnings. Couple this picture with The YTB Way (your blueprint) and all you need is a builder to turn your dream into reality. And that builder is YOU. Sounds like we re ready to get started. 1

YOUR FIRST GOAL No matter how large or small your financial goals, achieving them in YTB begins with becoming a PowerTeam Leader. The quickest way to do this is by taking advantage of the Fast Track. This requires 3 personally sponsored Reps and 3 personally enrolled RTAs (or sales) during your first 30 days. These can be 6 different people or the same 3 could be both an RTA and a Rep. Your 1st Team is now complete and you re qualified to earn the 50% Match of the commissions earned by your personally sponsored Reps. And if you are also an RTA, your monthly fee will be waived as long as you maintain 3 active personally enrolled RTAs. Let s get back to the Fast Track to PowerTeam. Enrolling RTAs and building a team of Reps is all about quality exposures. And while the exposures will be made to your prospects, you won t be required to make a single presentation or tell the YTB story to anyone. How is this possible? By utilizing the tools that are part of The YTB Way. Which makes this duplicable. Since it is duplicable and tested on a large group, the results are predictable. This is based the Law of large numbers statistical theorem. Simply stated, what is unpredictable and chancy in the case of an individual, is predictable and uniform in the case of a large group. So we know if you make 10 quality exposures to people with whom you have influence, you should qualify for the Fast Track promotion. So what are you waiting on, let s begin exposing using the YTB Way. The Fast Track Pack to PowerTeam contains a Presentation DVD, 5 Magazines, 4 YTB Way Guides, 5 Vouchers, 3 RTA Applications, and 3 Rep Applications. MEET WITH YOUR POWERTEAM OR COACH S CORNER LEADER Before you speak to anyone about YTB, schedule a meeting with either your PowerTeam or Coach s Corner Leader. If you re unsure who these people are, log in to your Back Office. In the top right corner you will see the names and contact information of your Sponsor, PowerTeam, Coach s Corner and Director. This is your upline and they are all dedicated to help you succeed. If you don t remember how to get to your Back Office, find the YTB welcome email that gives you stepby-step instructions on how to do this. Schedule this meeting within 48 hours of becoming a Rep. If it takes longer than this to arrange an in person meeting then do it by phone or Skype. Make sure to get your questions answered and share any concerns you may have. You will discuss your WHY, establish your goals, practice giving an effective testimony and learn how to properly edify your upline. You will also schedule your Grand Opening. If you are married or have a significant other, we encourage their participation in this meeting because they will be the most important person who ever joins your business. Their support and encouragement will be beneficial to your long-term success. Now it s time to start building. 2

YOUR TOP 10 LIST Of all the people you know, who has the most potential to help you achieve your YTB dreams? Don t worry about figuring this out on your own because we have a word association exercise that nails it every time. We use words that describe the characteristics of people who have become successful in the direct sales industry. This exercise has been perfected over the past 30 years with literally tens of thousands of people. So we know the types of people who have what it takes to do well in YTB. Write down the names of the people you know that the first word describes. You may have multiple people listed under this word, the more the merrier. Some people may be associated with several words. Complete this exercise even if you already have a list. Are you ready? Enthusiastic People who are typically excited about things that interest them. Ambitious People who are driven to become successful. They are also very goal oriented. Money Motivated This includes people who need to make more money. Examples include a spouse who s on maternity leave, lost hours at work, have a child attending college, etc. Successful Don t assume because someone is successful they will not be interested in YTB. Even if they decide not to join your business they can be a great referral source for you. Coaches They already possess leadership and team building skills. 3

THE TEXT Send this exact text to your Top 10 local prospects. Nicole (prospects name), Check this out. Call and tell me what you like best. 60MBA.com THE INVITATION When the prospect calls you (or when you call them), ask this question. What did you like best about what you saw? When they answer, reply Me too! As a matter of fact I decided to start my own business just like Steve Jobs did in his garage. And I could really use your support. I m having a grand opening at my house (location) on Tuesday (day of week), the 16th (date) at 7:30 (time). And just for showing up you ll get up to 2 free nights at any of the Intercontinental Hotel Group brands. I can count on you to be there, right? Most will say yes but if anyone does say no, tell him or her, Why not? I would support your business if you asked me to. So I can count on you, right? If you call your prospect and they have not watched the video, say, Do you have a couple minutes to watch it now? Great, I ll text you the link. This is really important to me (and spouse if married). Can I call you back in 5 minutes? THE REMINDER Remind your prospects 90 minutes before the start time. By assuming they are coming to your Grand Opening and asking for their help you will increase the number of people who attend. You can call or text one of the following scripts. If you call, do not give them a chance to reply, assume they are coming and hang up after you say the time. Whether you call or text, do not deviate from these scripts. (Prospects name), running short on time and really need your help. Will you please pick up a bag of ice on your way? Thanks and see you at (Time) (Prospects name), running short on time and really need your help. Will you please pick up a 2-liter of soda on your way? Thanks and see you at (Time) (Prospects name), running short on time and really need your help. Will you please pick up a bag of chips on your way? Thanks and see you at (Time) GET READY TO PARTY Create a party atmosphere. Play some fun music. Have a theme. Get travel décor like leis, wall hangings or travel posters from a local discount store. Include pictures of your personal travel. 60 minutes before your guests are scheduled to arrive, play the Presentation DVD on your TV to ensure everything is working properly and the TV is positioned so everyone can see. 4

IT S TIME Your guests are arriving to the sounds of Jimmy Buffet, Reggae, island music or something similar. Refreshments are on the table and your vacation pictures are on display. Be enthusiastic and engage in small talk but DO NOT discuss YTB. If anyone asks questions say, I m waiting on everyone to arrive so I can explain this one time. 15 minutes after the time you asked your guests to arrive, turn off or mute your home and/or cell phone. Turn off the music and ask your guests to mute their phones. Explain in 60 seconds the reason you are starting your own business and your WHY for doing so. Tell them you are going to introduce your business in less than 15 minutes with a DVD and after that you will introduce them to your business coach over the phone. Push play on the DVD and text, GO, to your PowerTeam or Coach s Corner Leader so they know you will be calling them in 15 20 minutes. THE CALL Once the DVD is finished, ask your guests what they liked best about what they saw. Agree with what each says and make a mental note or write down their comments. If anyone asks a question say, That s a good question. Be sure to ask my business coach when we speak to them. Edify your PowerTeam or Coach s Corner Leader before calling them. Dial the number and follow their lead. They will answer questions, close your prospects or direct them to the next step. 5
