Change to Bi-level Topstitch foot and topstitching needle. Thread the top of the sewing machine with topstitch thread and sewing thread in the bobbin. Sew a straight stitch around the edge on both belt pieces. Sew an overlock seam on the short open ends. illu 9 illu 9 illu 10 illu 10 Slide the taffeta strip into the buckle and fold the strip over to the backside of the denim belt. Sew the strip end in place. Remove the embroidery unit. Attach the Sewing Star foot and change to white rayon thread on top and in the bobbin and continue to sew 2 rows of the decorative stitch on the above the embroidery. Construction the belt Cut the embellished purple denim pieces to the measure 5 ½ x 22 (14 x 56 cm). For the belt half with buckle pin the back and front belt pieces with the rounded ends right side together. Fold down the extended taffeta illu 9 illu 10 Overlap the belt front ends with 1 ½ (4 cm) and mark the position of the buckle prong and place one eyelet there. Place two more eyelets to the left of the first one, each spaced ½ (12 mm) from the previous eyelet.

Pin the left and right belt pieces right sides together and sew the centre back seam together. Press the seam allowance open. Embellishing Use the Decorative Touch Wand to embellish the embroidery design on the belt with Swarovski Crystals. Finished!
