SCOTT TUCKER has been appointed branch manager of Houston-based HVC International Inc.'s new Bakersfield stocking branch. He is a member of the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce's Energy Committee and other local organizations. HVC supplies ring gaskets, valve replace parts and stud bolts and nuts to the energy industry.
