Except when land is at a premium, high value homes tend to be built on larger lots. y contrast, a deluxe main street home can commonly be located in a subdivision encompassing most of the lot. UNIQUENESS High value homes typically use premium materials such as natural stone, custom metal work and extra wide staircases. High value rooms are designed as individual spaces with the goal of making a grand statement. Main street homes typically combine spaces to make it more functional. Radius details such dormers and entries require a higher level of expertise than more typical framed homes. Finish materials, such as plaster requires more skill than drywall.
