*PRIMORDIAL PROPERTIES LTD: Makshad constructions was founded in year 1981, the company was established by Late Mr. Fazlul Karim Thakur. The Mazshat constructions focused on MES construction and further public sector development. After the death of Mr. Fazlul Karim Thakur the company was taken over by his 3 rd son Mr. Zahad Thakur and changed the name of the company to the Primordial Properties Ltd. Therefore although Primordial Properties LTD was founded in year 2011 as a sister concern of Primordial Group the companies experience is twenty years plus within the market. And Within this period Primordial Properties as made and focuses on making apartment building in heart of Dhaka city.
