RADIANT CEILING SYSTEM Description is rdint ceiling/wll system relized with 600x1200 mm EPS200 preformed pnels coted with 0,3 mm luminium thermo-conductor sheets, where the plstic pipe with n externl Ø of 16 mm or 1/2 is emedded nd feturing 150 mm pipe pitch. The luminium thermo-conductor sheet holds the pipe in plce nd evenly distriutes therml energy long the entire ceiling surfce. The verstility of its components enles to instll this system directly on the ceiling or flse ceiling. The system is completed y pplying plsterord sheet. Benefits Covering with rdint surfce up to 100 % of the ville re. Reduced dimensions nd weights of the system components. No fittings required for joints, oth on top or on the side of the system. Use with pipes with externl Ø of 16 mm or 1/2. Cn e finished with ny type of sheet, upon technicl inspection. Recyclle system: the mterils re not permnently jointed so they cn e disssemled nd recycled individully (polyethylene, EPS, plsterord, luminium, etc...). Once the preformed insultion pnels hve een pplied to the metl frmework together with the pipes, the rdint surfce must e covered with suitle plsterord only fter testing the system for tightness (we recommend keeping the system under pressure lso during instlltion of the plsterord pnels). The rdint pnels cn e instlled lso on wlls using metl frmeworks similr to ceiling instlltions. With single frmeworks, the metl profiles re instlled directly on the wll fitting them on the structure with 300 mm center distnce with specil screws, s descried ove.
