You have found your way here knowing that it is YOU who is the one to take actions that will Heal you to Happiness, and manifest desires in your life. But let me ask you first... Have you been feeling as if there is something missing? Have you been taking the steps, but still have not progressed? Do you feel as if you are on the edge of an awakening, but it's just not happening? Here you will begin to take a deep look within yourself. By doing so, you will begin to go beyond the blocks that you have been experiencing for many years.

Forgiveness The energy around us and this planet is ever increasing and this is creating turmoil within ourselves. It is especially challenging for those who are very sensitive to energy and may even unknowingly take it in. You absorb this energy and it feels as if it is a part of you. But realize this... Forgiveness is acknowledging all sides of yourself. You find it easy to forgive others. You feel that by forgiving others for their mistakes, for overlooking you, and leaving you out and including others. You then make an excuse for that person, saying and thinking that it was just a one-time instance. Then then it leads to another instance, and then another. Soon, it becomes a continuous string of instances, and you continue to dismiss it. Then, you blame yourself that it happened. This happens to many of us due to our upbringing from childhood which greatly influences who you are today. But realize, it helps shape you, but it doesn't define who you are. 2

The qualities that define you is ever changing as you bring out your authentic self. Your authentic self may not show up due to the influences around you, whether it be from your family, your culture and society. Do you find that you are a people pleaser? Do you find it a challenge to express your true thoughts and desires? Do you work your hardest to get the job done and then feel let down when criticized? Bring the answers to the surface; to your consciousness. Acknowledge this about yourself and then let it go. Forgiveness is acknowledging and letting go. Forgiveness is accepting who you are. And now, let it go through forgiveness in accepting who you are. It's not wrong, and you should not be ashamed of who you truly are. We all have opposites within ourselves. After all, you are not of a one dimension, but you have many dimensions within you. So why not be who you are? 3

Bring out the colorful nature from within! Hey, if you were of just a one dimensional being living in a multi-dimensional planet, life would be quite boring. Don't you think? And finally remember... Forgiveness is knowing that Love is always within you. 4

Are you speaking from your heart? It sounds so simple to speak with Love and Truth from your heart. But yet, the words that you speak somehow ends up sounding like someone else. It isn't your own words. When you hear and reflect on your words, it sounds like your mother or your father. Or, maybe the words are ones that sound similar to a teacher that you admired, or a public figure you want to emulate, or your best friend. Then when those words are spoken, afterwards, you feel a tightness in your gut. Your entire body feels like it is in knots and feel as if your breathing feels a bit constricted. Then it hits you...you realize that you haven't spoken your Truth. And each time the words you speak, which are not yours, you begin to feel weak inside. And as you constantly speak words that are not yours, you begin to build a person on the outside of yourself. You build a person who you think you should be for others; how others want to see you. And as a result of this constant building of yourself in the eyes of others, are you able to fully speak with Love and Truth? 5

You speak with Love and Truth. The words you share with others connects everyone through Love and Compassion. It is understandable that there are times that you say certain words because you don't want to hurt the other person's feeling. But, although you may modify or alter the words you share, you can still speak your truth with kindness. When you speak from your heart and your truth, your honesty of who you are, you feel joy. You feel a lightness. When you speak from your heart and your truth, you will find that you connect more with your family, friends, acquaintances or any person that you encounter. When you speak from your heart, you can express your hopes and desires with a feeling of freedom from within you. And when you speak from your heart and your truth, you in return acknowledge the other person's love, compassion and kindness. And most of all, your connection through words empowers everyone. 6

Enlightenment Knowledge is all around you and within your heart and soul. In your journey in wanting to learn new concepts and ideas, there is also a quest for the information that you want to learn which will nourish and feed you. You don't want to hear just words. You want each word to have meaning. You want to encourage the growth within you. You want to feel the vibe and energy of each word as it flows through your body and soul. You may seek this knowledge through traditional learning through the schools. You may seek specialized classes that pique your interest. You may seek this knowledge through your own on-line research. Or, you may seek out a certain person for guidance. And finally, there may be days in which you just sit and contemplate, or sit and meditate. You speak to the Universe to guide you and provide the answers to your questions. Then, the answers come to you. But what do I do now with this knowledge? Do I keep it to myself? 7

I will open my mind and heart to ideas and knowledge. You have the wisdom to know that your knowledge is to be shared with others. Yes! You have the wisdom to know that the knowledge and ideas that you have received does not belong to just you. You have the wisdom from the Universe knowing that your knowledge is meant to be shared with others. Yet, you see others hold on tightly to their acquired knowledge. Or, the knowledge is shared to only a chosen few. But why is this so? Well, there is a misconception by those who do not share their knowledge, that sharing information or knowledge will weaken them. There is a fear that shared information will place them at a disadvantage. But the opposite is true. 8

Sharing knowledge that you receive will empower everyone. Absolutely yes! You have the wisdom to know this. And, your connection through words empowers everyone. When you place aside your ego and feel with your heart, you realize that enlightenment is knowing that sharing your ideas and knowledge will empower you and others, and therefore create a stronger bond, harmony and balance with everyone. 9

You are Strong As you awaken each day, you think of everyone and everything that you need to face. As these thoughts go through your mind, you may feel that you are not ready for some of the challenges or anticipated situations that will come up during the day. You moan and groan, and say to yourself...am I ready to face today? Am I ready to face what will be presented to me, or should I just hide under my bed covers and sleep the day away? You have the strength to stand on your own. Yes, you do! 10

Everyone has that strength within themselves and you do too! There are days in which you feel that you are strong and can face any challenge that comes before you. But there are days in which you feel that you need to dig deep down to bring up that strength within you, and to bring that strength to the surface. You can do it! But, are you one that feels as if you need to be strong for everyone around you? To be strong for your family, friend, co-workers, or even strangers? Do you feel that you have to be a protector? Or when you show your strength, it is viewed by others as if you don't have feelings or compassion? Your outward appearance of strength can at times be misunderstood by others. What if you aren't able to keep up your strength? This is not a sign of weakness. You have the strength to know when you need to seek support from others. 11

When you seek support or guidance from your loved ones, friends, counselors, or support groups, this is not a sign of weakness. This is you knowing and realizing that you are facing a challenge that you aren't able to resolve on your own. This is you knowing and realizing that you need insight and guidance to completely resolve the challenge and reach a resolution. This resolution you seek may be from a challenge within your family, your child, a friend a co-worker, or for your inner self. This is strength. This is strength knowing that you need to seek guidance and support, and that with this guidance and support, you will become stronger in self. B RA N D STYLE GU ID E And as you feel stronger in self, you will continue to move forward with Strength and Love. After all... You have the strength to face any challenge with compassion and love. 12

Have Faith Do you have complete faith in the Universe, Angels or the Universal Source of your belief? Some of you may say "Yes", some of you may say, "No". But some of you may answer this question with, "Sometimes", or "It depends." Therefore, you look to the sky, hold your hands up in prayer and ask the Universe, Angels or your Universal Source again. But, it still did not happen. So you intervene in the situation. You take steps to try and push, or force for the outcome that you have prayed for. But, it still did not happen. So what did happen? You think to yourself, I did all the right steps. I asked once, twice, or many times what my wishes are to the Universe, the Angels or my Universal Source. You scratch you head, sit and wonder how it could be. Nothing happened. But, there is one thing missing. You did not have faith. 13

You ask yourself, so how can this be? I did all the right things that I was taught by my family, friends, schooling or in books. I asked for the desired outcome. In other words, I went through the correct steps that I was taught. Well, yes, you are praying and going through motions of prayer. But you did not pray with the intention of having faith. Having faith is feeling that connection to the Universe and feeling that everything will be all right no matter what happens. No matter what the outcome may be. When you pray and speak to the Universe, Angels or your Universal Source, you ask for the best outcome for the situation. Then let go and trust This is the key. As the Universe works on your challenge, you may feel let down or hopeless that the outcome does not come to light when you want it to happen. In fact, as it unfolds, undesirable circumstances may occur. An example is that you were fired from your job, or were let go as a result of the company's workforce downsizing. You had prayed asking that you will not be part of the group that will be dismissed from the company. But you were. This does not mean that your prayers were not answered. See it as faith in motion. The Universe is always working for your desires, your wishes. And the challenges that are before you are life lessons for you to grow and turn into opportunities. So take it on! See the light in every step and every situation that you see. Just remember...letting go and trust is the key to having Faith. 14

Meditation What can I do now? You can take the steps to bring yourself to be centered and grounded. To bring in mindfulness. To be in the moment. To be present. Meditating is the best place to start. It sounds easy, right? So you go about setting aside your space, music, candles or incense to help set the right mood for you. You sit down, close your eyes and breath in and out. And in...and, breathe out...slowly now... Did I remember to lock the door? Do I need to do grocery shopping? What should I make for dinner? Yikes! You keep trying to let those thought go, and concentrate on your breathing and keeping your mind free of any thoughts. It can be a challenge and cause frustration as you are not able to free your mind from constant thoughts wandering in and out. 15

There is also the challenge of carving out time from your already busy day. But do you realize that you can get into that meditative state and at the same time get things done around the house, too? Here is a key point. Meditation does not have a time requirement to remain in that state of mindfulness for it to be beneficial. If you are able to be in that moment, even for a few minutes, you are meditating. You are experiencing mindfulness. And then you will experience that feeling of being centered and grounded. So how can you flow into that state of mindfulness? You can begin with everyday activities around the home. - Washing the dishes - Watering the yard - Pulling weeds from your yard - Tending to your plants - Vacuuming/cleaning the floors - Organizing 16

Let's look at a couple of activities: Dishwashing When you wash the dishes, your mind goes on automatic mode, and you just want to get it done as quickly as possible. But this time, do it by being in 'the moment'. So, take your time in washing each dish. Feel and notice each movement and sensation of your hand and arm. Pick up a dish or cup. As you hold it in one hand, your other hand is making the motions as you wash the plate with a sponge. Look and follow the motion of hand as you wash the dish or cup. Feel the pressure from your hand. By doing this, you are in the moment of washing that dish or cup and go into a state of mindfulness; of being present. Vacuuming Look at your room as your meditation space. As you move the vacuum back and forth, follow the vacuum with your eyes while taking in the vacuum markings that you make on the floor. Notice the straight lines and patterns on the floor. Feel your arms move back and forth. Feel the rhythm and repetition. What a wonderful way to feel the new energy enter your room and feel re-energized too! 17

Everyday Gratitude Did you know that stating your feelings of gratitude elevates your energy and vibration? You can begin to heal within yourself and experience increased happiness, contentment, vibration and love as you say your feelings of gratitude out loud. Go for it! You can start off by saying, " I am grateful for..." - "The air I breathe" - "The water that nourishes my body." - "The earth for bringing life." - "The Love within me. Breathe in, close your eyes...feel and speak what comes to your mind. These are just a few examples. It doesn't have to be different each time, and it doesn't have to be spoken a certain number of times per day. Just say it everyday at least once. What are you grateful for? 18
