1. MAIN INFORMATION Tools and materials for assembling are needed: 1. Spanners M14;M12;M10; M8 for turning nuts and screws; 2. Screwdriver for taking rivets off and putting floor plinths, walls decorations on. 3. Silicon for sealing beams connection with the roof. Flat packs are taken off with crane (lift separately in a single package - load power cannot be less than 3 tons) or with fork lifter (distance between forks centers 900 mm and it can be fitted in 305x87 mm holes). The package of container is placed on 6 balanced points. 3
2. OPENING 20 MOVE CONTAINER 2.1 Remove the transportation fastenings, save the nuts M14-4pcs and M12-8pcs which are holding the roof, then turned off rivets from the holders. When the roof is raised, next nuts M14-4pcs and M12-8pcs which kept floor package can be unscrewed. 4
2.2 Lift the roof. Remove the transport supports and covers. Inside components must be placed beside the flat pack. 5
3. ASSEBLY 20 MOVE TYPE CONTAINER 3.1 Screw the legs with the short nose down into the floor frame corners. Use the same nuts, which were for unscrew roof and floor packages. Note: do not tighten the screws firmly in the bottom, will be easier to connect the top. 6
3.2 Seal the top ends of the corner with silicone. Lower the roof and fix it with the nuts tightly. 7
3.3 Pull over (bottom inside, top - outside) drainage pipes in all 4 corners of the legs. NOTE: 1. Before mounting sandwich panels, all legs must be isolated with a mineral wool. 2. The legs must be ready with special rubbers on the edges that span tightly to a metal panel profile. (If PU sandwich panels are used also to the roof frame edges). 3. Strip off the protective film from the surface of sandwich panels. 8
The RMODUL 20 MOVE container frame is now fully ready for wall panels mounting. Door, window or full panels can be positioned according to your needs. 3.4 a) Start fitting MW sandwich panels on the short ends. Put the first panel into the floor frame. 9
b) Fix the panel to the roof frame edge using provided fastenings clamps and M8 nuts. Put in the second MW panel keeping connection in the middle of the frame and push it up against the first one. 10
3.5 Fit further panels in the correct order as shown on the picture. Panels are mounted on a long wall and also are tightened with the same holders. There are 4 special tension rods before and after the third panel on the long side wall! The middle panels are constrained from both sides with M12 nuts on top and bottom. ATTENTION - do not pinch the cable! 11
3.6 Fit plastic trims between panels joints. Establich the electrical connections and insert PVC film into the roof frame. 3.7 Screw laminated wood decorations for ceilling in order as showed on the picture. ATTENTION spaces between wall panels and ceiling must be heated with a mineral wool before putting walls and roof covers. 12
3.8 Fit the plinth with screws to hide gaps between linoleum and wall panels. Screw the threshold plate to the floor. Mount the door drip above the door. Your cabin is now ready for use: 13
