A former IT journalist for The Australian, Leila founded online press release service Newsmaker in 2005, building its customer base to 50,000 brands within 5 years. She has since founded a new tech business, Kondotto, a middleware engine that allows non-programmers to automate their IT systems without using a programming language (no code!). Professor Carolin Plewa Deputy Director of the Entrepreneurship, Commercialisation and Innovation Centre Professor Carolin Plewa is the Deputy Director of the modern Entrepreneurship, Commercialisation and Innovation Centre (ECIC) in South Australia. She is an experienced researcher specialised in university-business collaboration and engagement. Her research has been published in international marketing and management journals.
