FOOD PRESERVATION DIVISION 1. Exhibitor must submit only ONE entry in each class. Each jar of canned food must have been canned since April 2017. In most part inspection will be MADE by visual inspection. HOWEVER, the need to open entries to inspect items when spoilage appears may be necessary. 2. All jars must be clear glass standard canning jars, either half pint or quart jars. Must be clean and rings and lids should be free of rust. NO OTHER JARS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
