FOOD PRESERVATION DIVISION 1. Exhibitor must submit only ONE entry in each class. Each jar of canned food must have been canned since April 2017. In most part inspection will be MADE by visual inspection. HOWEVER, the need to open entries to inspect items when spoilage appears may be necessary. 2. All jars must be clear glass standard canning jars, either half pint or quart jars. Must be clean and rings and lids should be free of rust. NO OTHER JARS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Fair has the right to reject or disqualify any entry considered unsuitable or in non- compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the Levy County Fair. 6.
