Reduce constant distractions and interruptions that plague most offices.
Add HPAs on Your Calendar - Exercise HPAs 1. Client Acquisition / Revenue Generation / Business Development 2. Ideal Client Service 3. What times will you now schedule to check email? Review your HPA list and put time on your calendar to do these activities first. Consider making them a recurring event for 30, 60 or 90 days to see how it works for you. Determine how much time each activity will take and what day or days is the best time to get the best results.

Time Management Questions 1. Did my calendar have the highest pay-off activities on it today so I know I am making progress toward my goals? 2. Did I do what was on my calendar today? If no, why not? 3. Am I as prepared as possible for the activities on my calendar tomorrow? If not, what can I do differently next time to be even more prepared? 4. What distractions did I allow to get in my way today? 5. What will I do to avoid distractions that get in my way in the future? 6. What adjustments, if any, do I need to make on my calendar for me to honor my calendar tomorrow? 7. What else can I delegate (and to whom would I delegate it to)? 8. How can I better leverage my resources to assist me? 9. How do I feel about my progress today and honoring my calendar? 10.What else has to happen for me to be the very best I can be at time management?

Keep the time log next to you with a pen. 3. About every 10 minutes simply write down what you are actually doing with your time at that moment. 4. Do this for 1-2 weeks. 5. Review the time logs and notice the patterns. 6. Make decisions accordingly. 7. Drop. Delay. Delegate. Do. 8. Team keeps a time log and follows the same process.
