The PASVE SC/SF/SH/SP/ST provides you with the opportunity to safely take hygienic samples from your process without interrupting the process. The PASVE SC/SF/SH/SP/ST can be used in any industrial process where it is necessary obtain a sample from the process which is not influenced or contaminated from any outside disturbances. ..0..0. Special instructions for the safe use. Septum rubber replacing Please note: Pictures illustrate operational principles only, not accurate drawings.. Safe sampling Take the sample. Replace the rubber septum Turn the valve to the sample taking position Figure - Figure - Figure -, Pasve in sample taking position Pasve in the sample taking position Remove the sampling syringe from the valve Figure - Figure - Open the shut-off plug by turning it counterclockwise! Turn the valve to the maitenance positition Install the special nut V by turning it counterclockwise! -First screw the special nut V lightly in -When it reaches the rubber septum tighten the nut - turns Do not remove any other parts! ..0. Changing of the gasket and the rubber seal. Reinstall the top part of the valve on the coupling part by turning it clockwise! Tighten it by hand, don't use any tools.. Open the locking screw..
