Questionnaire. INTRODUCTION: Good afternoon/evening. We are doing some research into issues around energy and community development, and wonder if you might be kind enough to spare us 10 minutes of your time? Your answers will be treated in complete confidence and it will not be possible to identify your responses in any published materials. You are under no obligation to answer any question here, although it would be great if you felt able to complete it. Many thanks for your participation. SECTION ONE. ENERGY To start off with, this first section asks about your thinking on a number of issues that relate to energy (please circle your chosen response).
