Installation Instructions Important Information Please read these instructions carefully before starting installation and keep for future reference. Remove all packaging and check the product for missing parts or damage before starting installation. When drilling or fixing into walls or floor it is essential that you check for pipes or wires before commencing. Certain spare parts and additional components are available if necessary and these can be obtained by calling the help line number at the end of the instructions. When you are ready to start, make sure that you have the right tools to hand and that the installation area is clean and dry. Note: To prevent leaks, silicone must be applied on the outside of the shower and not on the inside. Save this manual for future reference. Safety Requirements Two person installation Gloves Safety Goggles This is a glass product, therefore gloves and safety goggles should be worn during installation. We recommend that fitting should be carried out by two people. Tools Required (Not supplied) Electric Drill 7mm & 5.5mm Silicone Pencil Drill Bits Knife Measuring Tape Hammer Level PH3 & PZ2 Screwdriver 1

Parts Supplied A Main Glass Panel 1 B Pivot Glass Panel 1 C Wall Channel 1 D Bottom Pivot Fixing 1 E Top Pivot Fixing 1 F Post Top 1 G Wall Support Bar 1 H Wall Support Fixing 1 I Towel Bar 1 J Post Splash Strip 2 K Floor Splash Strip 1 M Flat Bottom Pivot Washer 1 N Angled Bottom Pivot Washer 1 O Rectangular Channel Cap 1 P Screw Cup 3 Q Screw Cap 3 R Self Tapping Screw 4mm x 13mm 3 S Pan Head Screw 5mm x 40mm 4 T Countersunk Screw 4mm x 30mm 4 U Brown Wall Plug 7mm 4 V Red Wall Plug 5.5mm 2 W Hexagon Key 2.5mm 1 L Pivot Fixing T Block 2 Step 1 Place the wall channel (C) into the desired position. The slightly curved edge without holes should be facing outside the shower area. The bottom of the wall channel (C) should be inside the tile border (if there is one) and touching the floor. Make sure that the wall channel (C) is completely vertical using a level. Using a pencil, mark through the three oval holes in the wall channel (C) and then remove it. Step 2 Before proceeding, check thoroughly for pipes and wires in the wall. Drill three holes as marked in step 1, in the centre of the oval using a 7mm drill bit. Push three of the brown wall plugs (U) into the holes. Place the wall channel (C) into position and screw three pan-head screws (S) through the oval slots hand tight. Make sure that the wall channel (C) is completely vertical using a level and then fully tighten the three pan head screws (S) using a PH3 screwdriver. 2

Step 3 Carefully place the main glass panel (A) into position, making sure that it is pushed back into the wall channel (C) making sure that the slotted side of the main pole is facing inside the shower area. Mark around the base of the main pole and then remove the main glass panel (A). Step 4 Place the bottom pivot fixing (D) into the position marked in step 3 at 90º to the edge of the shower area. The pivot for the pivot glass panel (B) should be facing inside the shower area. Mark the fixing hole positions through the base of the bottom pivot fixing (D) and then remove it. Step 5 Before proceeding, check thoroughly for pipes and wires in the floor. Drill two holes as marked in step 4, using a 5.5mm drill bit. Push the two red wall plugs (V) into the holes. Choose either the flat bottom pivot washer (M) or angled bottom pivot washer (N) depending on the angle of the surface you are fixing to and place into position. Place the bottom pivot fixing (D) onto the pivot washer (M) or (N) and screw into position using two countersunk screws (T) and fully tighten with a PZ2 screwdriver. Step 6 The bottom pivot fixing (D) has slots in either side to allow it to be reversible. On the side that will not have the main glass panel (A) coming in to it, place one of the pivot fixing T blocks (L).

Step 7 Slide the two post splash strips (J) into the two slots on the main pole of the main glass panel (A). They should be inserted so that the long edge faces away from the other slot. Push the floor splash strip (K) onto the bottom of the main glass panel (A). Step 8 Lift the main glass panel (A) into position. Step 9 The top pivot fixing (E) has slots in either side to allow it to be reversible. On the side that will not have the main glass panel (A) coming in to it, place one of the pivot fixing T blocks (L). Step 10 Lift the pivot glass panel (B) onto the pivot on the bottom pivot fixing (D) and whilst holding the pivot glass panel (B) place the top pivot fixing (E) into position on top of the main pole and into the pivot glass panel (B). Screw the top pivot fixing (E) to the top of the main pole using two countersunk screws (T) and a PZ2 screwdriver.

Step 11 Screw the post top (F) onto the top of the top pivot fixing (E) making sure that the hole for the wall support bar (G) is facing the wall. Step 12 Measure the distance between the post top (F) and the wall that the wall support will fix to. Add 32mm to this measurement to allow for the wall support bar (G) going inside the post top (F) and then cut the wall support bar (G) to length using a hacksaw. Step 13 Place the wall support bar (G) into the post top (F) and make sure it is square and level. Mark the wall around the end of the wall support bar (G) and then remove. Step 14 Before proceeding, check thoroughly for pipes and wires in the wall. Unscrew the brass base plate from the wall support fixing (H) and place this into the position marked in step 13. Mark the wall through the hole in the centre of the brass base plate. Drill a 7mm hole in the wall and insert one of the brown wall plugs (U). Place the brass base plate over the brown wall plug (U) and screw into position using one of the pan-head screws (S) and a PH3 screwdriver.

Step 15 Slide the wall support fixing (H) onto the wall support bar (G) making sure that the threaded end is facing the wall. Insert the wall support bar (G) into the post top (F). Place the wall support fixing (H) over the brass base plate and screw firmly onto it. Tighten the two hexagon screws in the wall support fixing using the hexagon key (W). Tighten the two hexagon screws in the top of the post top (F) using the hexagon key (W). Step 16 Place a self-tapping screw (R) through a screw cup (P) and screw into the inside of the wall channel (C) through one of the pre-drilled holes using a PZ2 screwdriver. Push a screw cap (Q) into the screw cup (P). Repeat for the other two holes in the wall channel (C). Seal the outside edge of the wall channel (C) using silicone sealant. Step 17 Place the rectangular channel cap (O) into the top of the rectangular channel. Step 18 Fit the towel bar (I) onto the main glass panel (A) making sure that there is a plastic washer on each side of the glass.
