FPV installation on airplane
A. Mounting for Pan/Tilt and camera Unpacking it. Stick the camera and the Pan/Tilt with double-sided adhesive at the same size of the back board of the camera.
Attention: please don t cover the hole the wire of camera comes out when stick the double-sided adhesive. Video output wire that connects camera.
locate the 3S battery and transmitter on a right place ( adjust the antenna in vertical with wings, open ground without block, keep it far away from metal and carbon fiberglass materials.) make a hole that gets the same size as the servo so that we can mount the Pan-Tilt onto it. B. Installation for the components of the Pan- Tilt and the body itself.
Connect the servo wires on the two servos with the receiver on the radio. The pan-servo connect with channel 7 and the tilt-servo connect channel 8(please check details from the next page). After get the position settled, please use hot glue or some other glue to have the pan-tilt be stuck.
Connect the servos on pan-tilt with the channel 7 and channel 8, default setting: pan movement is channel 7, tilt movement is channel 8. customers can also program the gyro to have their own channel choice. Please read the manual of GYRO for details.
Connect the 3S battery with the transmitter to power transmitter and camera. Connect the signal output wire with the transmitter
Customer can change frequencies by the switch on the transmitter module to avoid signal interference from other FPV system in the same flying field. Pan-tilt-Transmitterbattery connecting diagram. (the part on the airplane)
Put all wires in order to ensure free movement of the camera. Get those redundant wires wrapped up so that it looks tidy. Trim and cut the canopy to leave enough movement space for the camera. C. Adjustment. Finished
Work already done on the airplane
Installation for the FPV devices on the ground
Screw the antenna on the transmitter module (check the picture upper-left) Plug the power wire into the transmitter module (check the picture upper-right) Connect the 2S pack with the power wire to supply power for receiver (check the picture left)
Connecting way for signal output--- video capture card Connect one end of the signal wire with the receiver module (check the picture above) Connect the other end of the signal wire with video capture card. (check the picture right)
Connecting for signal output--- goggles Connect the AV extension with the receiver module. (check the picture right) Customer can select the frequency according to the frequency switch on the transmitter module. Each push on the switch can get a new frequency. Customer can also have the step done after installing all FPV components and powering them up by push the button till can find a channel of clear signal. Attn: please keep the switch at the position of MANUAL.( see picture below)

Connect the trainer port of FUTABA radio with the signal wire from the gyro device on the goggles. Connect the extension with the video input socket on the goggles. (as the picture left)
Connect the power wire for the goggles with battery. (as the picture right) Please charge the battery fully before use it with the charger that goes with the FPV system. Connect trainer wire from the gyro to the trainer port of FUTABA radio (as the picture left)
