Getting Started: Gather all additional materials needed. Trim all zip strips and set aside. The zip strip is the ½" accent paper along the top of each sheet. Check the cut orientation below each cutting guide image. This will show you how to cut the paper, keeping the patterns on your project pieces facing the right direction. Light grey pieces on your cutting guide are project pieces. White pieces are leftover paper. As you cut the paper, sort the pieces as indicated in the cutting guide, creating a stack for each project. Project 1: Make 6 Prepare (6 each): : Paper: light Raspberry FOLD 1D 1C 1E 1E: Tip: Dovetail ends. 1¾ W W : Tip: Lightly sponge edge with ink. Tips: Use second-generation stamping, and rock & roll stamping techniques. Hand trim. Technique: Ink stamp in Raspberry and stamp it on a scratch piece of paper. Then, gently roll the bottom of the stamp back onto the Raspberry pad, and stamp. Tips: Use second-generation stamping. Hand trim. Technique: Ink stamp in Pewter and stamp it on a scratch piece of paper. Then, without re-inking, stamp onto White Daisy. Paper: pink stripes Assemble: 1. Prepare pieces shown above 2. Attach to card base 3. Attach 4. Attach 1C, 1D, and 1E 5. Attach with thin 3-D foam tape 6. Attach cone and ice cream scoop accents 7. Attach banner accent with thin 3-D foam tape 8. Project 2: Make 6 Prepare (6 each): 2C : Tip: Stamp sentiment ¼" from the bottom. FOLD X O 1¼ Card Base: Paper: card base Inks: Lemon, Willow Tips: Stamp pineapples in different directions, including some off the edges. Use second-generation stamping technique for leaves. Technique: Ink leaves in Willow and stamp them on a scratch piece of paper. Then, without re-inking, stamp onto card base. Inks: Lemon, Willow Paper: pink stripes Paper: Willow stripes Tip: Tear ends. Assemble: 1. Prepare pieces shown above 2. Attach to card base 3. Attach 4. Attach 2C with thin 3-D foam tape 5.
