Experience Mr. Tong first started his career with Deloitte in London and returned to Hong Kong in 1995. Mr. Richard Tse is Vice President, Finance & Corporate Services at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTPC), responsible for finance and accounting, information technology, procurement, corporate secretarial service, and human resources and office administration functions of HKSTPC. Prior to joining HKSTPC, Mr. Tse worked for Jardine Matheson Group in various management positions and started his professional career in Ernst & Young s HK and Sydney Offices.
